Resort Fee
A nightly resort fee of $65, plus tax, (subject to change) is applied to each night of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information:

Smoking Policy
Alila Napa Valley is a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee of $500 per day will apply to any documented violations.
Pet Policy
We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this pet policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.
Check-in/Checkout Policy
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m.
Parking Policy
Alila Napa Valley offers overnight valet parking for $35/night.
Occupancy Policy
Each guest room accommodates a maximum of two guests. Parties exceeding this must book an additional room. Parties arriving with a third guest of any age must book an additional room or may be offered an alternative accommodation at another Hyatt property, depending on availability. If no additional rooms or accommodations are available, parties with three or more guests will not be allowed to check in.
To ensure a tranquil and enjoyable experience for all guests, Alila Napa Valley requires all guests traveling with minors to review and sign our Minor Supervision & Conduct Agreement upon check-in. In accordance with California Civil Code § 1865(d)(2), minors 12 years of age or younger must not be left unattended at any time. A responsible adult must control their behavior during their stay so as to preserve the peace and quiet of the resort and to prevent any injury or property damage.
Pool and Common Areas Policy
To maintain a quiet and relaxing environment for all guests, guests are expected to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times. Guests are asked to keep noise levels low in all common areas, guest rooms, and public spaces. Loud conversations, excessive noise, rough play, or disruptive behavior of any kind is not allowed. Any guest disrupting the resort’s tranquil atmosphere may be asked to adjust their behavior or, if necessary, offered alternative accommodations without a refund.
All children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the pool area without an adult in attendance at all times. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the Fitness Center, Movement Studio, and Spa facilities. The resort does not offer babysitting, daycare, or other child supervision services.
Pool parties that include large gatherings, loud play, or disruptive activities are not permitted without advance reservation. Beach balls, inflatables, rafts, or other pool toys are not permitted without an event permit in advance.
Guest Room Policy
The resort does not offer rollaway beds, cribs, or additional sleeping arrangements in any of the guestrooms.
Certain room types are designated for guests traveling with 2 or more guests with a connecting option. These should be specifically reserved in advance, based on availability, to accommodate 2 or more persons as these rooms are limited. Not all room types offer a connecting room option.
