Your stay includes thoughtfully curated amenities such as pool access, a 24-hour fitness center featuring Peloton bikes, premium Wi-Fi, daily sedan service to downtown St. Helena, a welcome beverage upon arrival, nightly turndown service, and personalized concierge pre-trip planning.

Alila Napa Valley is a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee of $500 per day will apply to any documented violations. For guests who wish to smoke, a designated outdoor smoking oasis around the fire pits is available.

We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this pet policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m.

Alila Napa Valley offers overnight valet parking for $35/night.

Each guest room accommodates a maximum of two guests. Parties exceeding this must reserve an additional room. Guests arriving with a third guest of any age will be required to book an additional room or may be offered alternative accommodations at another Hyatt property, based on availability. If no options are available, parties of three or more will not be permitted to check in.

Thoughtfully designed with adults in mind, the resort is best suited for a tranquil, intimate experience. To ensure this environment, guests traveling with minors are required to review and sign a Minor Supervision & Conduct Agreement upon check-in.

To maintain a quiet and relaxing environment for all guests, guests are expected to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times. Guests are asked to keep noise levels low in all common areas, guest rooms, and public spaces. Loud conversations, excessive noise, rough play, or disruptive behavior of any kind is not allowed. Any guest disrupting the resort’s tranquil atmosphere may be asked to adjust their behavior or, if necessary, offered alternative accommodations without a refund.

All children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the pool area without an adult in attendance at all times. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the Fitness Center, Movement Studio, and Spa facilities. The resort does not offer babysitting, daycare, or other child supervision services.

Pool parties that include large gatherings, loud play, or disruptive activities are not permitted without advance reservation. Beach balls, inflatables, rafts, or other pool toys are not permitted without an event permit in advance.

The resort does not offer rollaway beds, cribs, or additional sleeping arrangements in any of the guestrooms.

Certain room types are designated for guests traveling with 2 or more guests with a connecting option. These should be specifically reserved in advance, based on availability, to accommodate 2 or more persons as these rooms are limited. Not all room types offer a connecting room option.
