Usage fee
For resident guests, the fitness center and swimming pool may be used on a complimentary basis. An access fee of JPY 4,400 (including tax) is charged for access to the locker areas, which includes the relaxation areas, the cold and hot plunge pools and the sauna facilities.
All World of Hyatt members staying in guestrooms and guests staying in 1 King Bed, Club Access / 2 Twin Beds, Club Access / 2 Twin Beds, Club Access, Deluxe / 1 King Bed, Club Access, Premium / 2 Twin Beds, Club Access, Premium and all suites may use all areas on a complimentary basis.
Rentals
We offer the following rental wear.

- Socks, goggles, swim caps : Free
* Goggles, swim caps, and swimwear are available for purchase as well.
* All rental items are complimentary for guests staying in suites, hotel guests who are World of Hyatt Globalists and Nagomi members.

* Children from the age of 4 to 15 are welcome to use the pool area from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
* An adult guardian is required to be present for guests under 18.
Swimming Pool Etiquette & Safety Guidelines
・Swimming caps are required while using the pool.
・Guests are kindly requested to shower and remove makeup prior to entering the water.
・Mobile phone use, photography, and video recording are not permitted within the pool area.
・Running, diving, jumping, or other disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
・Food and beverages are not permitted by the poolside.
・Guests under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance may not use the swimming pool.
・For safety reasons, the use of pool toys and swim rings is prohibited in the swimming pool.
