Experience greatly exceeded expectation from prompt and early check in. Breakfast spread was excellent and of high quality. So was lunch at the Italian restaurant and Oyama Robata.
Such Racing Heritage. Iconic location under Mt. Fuji. Difference maker? The conscientious service. Doumo Arigato Miki-San, Asami-San, Chitaka-San and Safa-San for making this an amazing visit.
Loved everything about this hotel, rooms are amazing, beds are so comfortable, the food was delicious both breakfast and dinner! The activity's where so awesome, we did not even have that planned but it was so amazing to get the chance to go on the track for a morning walk! We loved everything about this place.
Went for the Fuji speedway experience and was extremely impressed by the mini car museum and the beautiful design of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would really recommend it to any car enthusiasts.
Hotel is not busy and felt like we are staying home. There are not many guests in the hotel and my wife and myself can rest while we are in the hotel. Hotel Restaurants are all good. Food was delicious and staffs are very helpful.
Beautifully decorated, understated luxury. The integrated motorsport museum is fantastic and a must for car /motorsport lovers. There's no better place to spectate races at Fuji speedway than the spacious track view rooms.
We are an American couple who built this into our travel through Hakone. It is a contemporary option with more to offer than expected. The racetrack and Mt Fuji proximity were expected, but don't forget the museum, spa, onsen, gym, and golf. We could have spent more time with the track activities like the go cart track and other driving, plus the simulators in the gym and restaurant. Lots of adult "toys" in a modern, spacious setting.
Very nice hotel; good shuttle service to and from Gotemba station. Excellent and spacious rooms, good food and nice spa, especially long pool for real swimming. One plus for foreigners: English speaking staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the end of a 3 weeks holiday in Japan which had led us to Tokyo, Kyoto, Fukuoka and Miyajima. Our best hotel experience in Japan.

What a cool hotel!! And perfect for car aficionados. You walk into this big beautiful hotel with a car museum inside of it and it’s such a unique experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed and we had a view of the track. Lots of fun experiences for the family, including go karts, racing, simulators, and my husband even got a track day. I also got a facial and it was lovely. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious!

Was visiting Japan Fuelfest held a Fuji speedway, even bumped into celebrity Cody walker at breakfast! This is an amazing 5 star hotel with outstanding Customer Service, modern decor, Excellent cleanliness, fine fresh food and amazing views and location!
