Before You Arrive Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in and enjoy the relaxation room, teas, and infused waters. Robes and slippers are available for your comfort. Hotel guests are welcome to arrive in robes and slippers. Locker rooms feature personal lockers and a dry sauna to enjoy before or after your spa experience. To preserve a tranquil environment, please turn off cell phones and mobile devices while in the spa. Complimentary valet parking is available during scheduled spa services. Policies Appointments require advance notice for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. A 20% service charge is automatically added for convenience and may be modified based on your experience. Unopened retail merchandise may be returned or exchanged within seven days of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.
