Taxes & Fees

Room rates are subject to the following nightly fees:

• Convention/Trade Center Tax: 7%
• State Sales Tax: 6.5%
• Daily Seattle Tourism Assessment: 2.3%
• Seattle Lodging Tax: 2.2%

Smoking Policy

Hotel 1000 is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any public area, food and beverage outlet or guest rooms. A cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed if smoking occurs in one of our rooms.

Pet Policy

Your furry friends are welcome at Hotel 1000. There is a one-time, nonrefundable fee of $100 per pet, per stay, and a maximum of two dogs per room—no cats, please, combined weight of 50 pounds. Additional fees may apply for damage or deep cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled by 3 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled arrival. Guests who cancel after this point will be charged for one night, plus tax.

Guaranteed Reservation

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and physical credit or debit card. To cover incidentals, $100 per day will be authorized on your credit or debit card.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is available beginning at 4 p.m. Checkout is at 11 a.m. If you’re arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep, we’ll do our very best to accommodate you—just let us know in advance. We’ll also gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, either before you check in or after you check out. Late checkout fees may apply. Please note that if you check out or leave before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for one additional night, plus tax.

Parking Policy

Overnight hotel guest: $70, per vehicle (includes in-and-out privileges) + tax

Visitor/restaurant: $35 daily fee + tax

Height restrictions apply. An additional fee is applied to any oversize vehicles and is based upon availability. Complimentary valet parking is available for all guests of The Spa. All rates subject to 14.5% city parking tax, 6.5% Washington State sales tax and 3.85% Seattle sales tax.

Hotel 1000 is happy to provide various executive services, some of which may incur a rental fee. We offer an executive boardroom, meeting room, private event space, videoconferencing, audiovisual equipment, document printing, copying and scanning. Please inquire at the front desk for details.
