We had a great stay at Toranomon Hills by Hyatt. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely clean, with a calm atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, the service excellent, and the breakfast truly outstanding. A fantastic experience and a place we would happily return to in Tokyo.

Elegant, Comfortable, and Outstanding Service

A small luxury hotel in a large business building. Great location to explore Tokyo via a taxi or train. 

There is no hotel sign outside and out taxi got confused. As we finally pulled in employees proactively helped us with luggage. We stayed in the corner suite, upgraded from a deluxe suite as a Globalist. The front desk was able to check us in early at 9am, and kindly asked if we can do 1pm instead of requested 2pm checkout due to low room capacity. The room offers a great view of the Tokyo Tower. The layout was kinda awkward, making it feel small for a suite, but it's modern, neat clean, and has sizable bathroom.

The service is pretty hand off but the employees were always there if we need any help. We have never seen the house keepers the entire stay, but our room always get cleaned whenever we left.

Neat, Minimalist, Modern and Centrally Located

We had a really great stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s located in the beautiful more quiet part of Tokyo  — very walkable. The included breakfast is delicious! :)

Hotel Toranomon Hills is a beautiful hotel. While greatly located, it offers a serene and calming stay with beautiful interior architecture and high-quality cuisine. Our experience with the hotel staff was the highlight. They attended to our needs and were very attentive with all details. Thank you so much Hotel Toranomon Hills for the best stay in Japan.

Hotel Toranomon Hills - High Quality Stay 10/10

2nd Stay at Hotel Toranomon Hills- Wonderful property, connected to eateries next door and a train station below. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast Buffet and small palte offerings of a menu was a little different but in a good way. Everything listed on menu are a bite or two so you need to order at least 2-3 to fill up adequately. Service was wonderful, front desk, check in, and guest services/concierge were all very helpful and accomondating. Welcomed and treated nicely as a Globalist. Mid-Range priced in dollars and points as compared to other 6-7 Hyatt Tokyo Properties. Reasonable and good value. Would stay here again and recommend to family & friends.

2nd Stay at Toranomon Hills- Layover before returning to Hawaii

Great Hotel to stay at while in Tokyo. This was my 3rd trip to Tokyo and by far best experience. The staff is very attentive and the location is great.

Awesome Hotel

Very nice hotel, plush, upscale. Location ideal for work meetings in area but less central for sightseeing than say Ginza or Shinjuku.  But metro station in basement makes for easy transport around. Would def stay again.

Plush stay in Tokyo

Excellent choice! would definitely stay there again. The facility is in great condition, room is clean. breakfast was excellent with so many choices .

Great hotel

Conveniently located atop of Toranomon Hills subway station of Hibiya line, this new hotel is executed excellently. Friendly staffs, free soft drinks and snacks in room mini bar; lounge access for all guests; filter water station in the room; no wasteful full-sized bathroom amenity;  access to well-equipped private gym/ spa Carappo in the adjacent building. I would stay here again in my future visit to Tokyo and recommend it to my friends and family.
