A daily resort fee of $35.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience:

Palmoro House

All guests arrive at the historic porte-cochère of the iconic Mar Monte Hotel. Check-in for Palmoro House begins at the Mar Monte main building. World of Hyatt members can utilize their digital key to bypass the front desk and head straight to your room at Palmoro House (located at 424 Por La Mar Drive).

World of Hyatt members, please note: Palmoro House is limited in upgrades and we do not guarantee rooms in the main building when booking Palmoro House specifically. Palmoro House boasts the same character and décor of the Mar Monte Hotel guest rooms. Equipped with on-site self-parking, Wi-Fi and available in-room dining. All Palmoro House guests enjoy access to amenities in the Mar Monte main building, including the fitness center, the pool and dining outlets.

Early Departure Fee

An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will apply if a guest checks out prior to the guest’s scheduled departure date. Guests must notify the hotel of the change in scheduled departure within 72 hours of the original checkout date.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping), and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250, plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions. To participate in the pet program, please inform the hotel you will have a pet at least three days before your arrival. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee per stay of 1–6 nights is all you need to keep those tails wagging at our pet-friendly hotel.
