Baggage storage is available prior to check-in and after check-out. Please see a Bellman located on the lobby level. Overnight or extended storage for baggage is not permitted.
We accept deliveries from all major couriers and will deliver to guests upon arrival. The package handling and delivery fees are $5 per package delivered to the guest room. Charges will be posted to the guest room. If a package is not picked up after 30 days, packages may be discarded.
Guests can request hypoallergenic pillows from our Housekeeping department.
Our Housekeeping department is pleased to provide coffee and coffee machines, tea and hot water kettles, cribs, toiletries, rollaway beds, towels, blankets and hypoallergenic pillows as requested.
Guest rooms are serviced daily between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, except on Sundays and holidays when service occurs between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM. If you require a more specific time for service, please contact housekeeping directly by dialing housekeeping.
A fully stocked mini bar is offered, checked daily and replenished as needed. All mini bar charges will be posted to the guest room.
Room service is offered from 7 AM – 10 PM every day of the week.
An electronic in-room safe is provided for your convenience and security. Operating instructions to store your valuables during your stay can be found on the outside door of the safe.

Our front door is just steps from access to the 6 train (MTA) at 28th Street and Park Avenue South, and the MTA bus stop at 28th Street and Madison Avenue.
