Love this hotel in every way- great service, food, and the rooms are wonderful. Just don't park there- it is over $70/ night!

Oasis in Downtown LA

Love this Hyatt property. Love its rich history, unique rooms, fantastic staff and the Nespresso coffee maker! I’m far too picky about coffee, and the espresso started my day off perfectly. And if you ask nicely they’ll give you a couple more pods in case you covet 4 shots of espresso!

Love the Hotel Figueroa!!!

Great location for events at Crypto arena and LA Live- walk half a block.   Great restaurants nearby.  Room was charming.  The restaurant is great and the Cafe Fig has a great breakfast & lunch.

Convenient Downtown Hotel

Exceptional hotel in a beautiful area near the crypto center.

Very friendly staff and excellent food and bar which I used multiple times.

The swimming pool and seating around it is beautiful and the pool was nicely heated.

Unexpected exceptional experience

Small rooms, good art deco, but really hotel is quite small and building is old. Parking is way too expensive. Overall service is good. Only average for the price. Oh and TV cannot use streaming apps

I love Hotel Figueroa!  It's a chic, warm and welcoming.  The bar and the restaurants are GREAT!  But the staff is even better!  Rooms are clean, visually appealing with comfort and design...it's a great place to stay!

Delightful ambiance!

Great location to Crypto stadium. Staff was friendly and helpful.  A slight issue with the blinds but staff was able to resolve.  Love the room decor. Overall, a wonderful stay.  We will be back.

This artsy, cool, trendy hotel has such a great vibe, beautiful lobby and bar area. Excellent restaurants with great food and every single staff member you will interact with in the hotel from the cleaning staff to the front desk. Staff to the restaurant and bar. Staff are so friendly, so professional and so much fun to interact with this hotel is a 10 out of 10
