I need to start by praising the staff. Every single person was invested in our having a wonderful experience. They went over and above in anticipating and accommodating our every need. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic adaptive reuse project and just gorgeous inside. If you're staying in downtown LA, this is the spot.

Staff was so lovely, warm, and accommodating! We recently had our room block and wedding stay with The Figueroa. The historic hotel is lovely and the staff gave us a warm welcome for our wedding weekend. They also had everything we needed for our hair and makeup team to get there and the hotel itself was beautiful. It was so easy communicating with the, special shout out to Jessica who worked closely with our wedding planner, Yu & Us, who went out of her way to make our stay so lovely!

Location is convenient to Crypto, but that’s not the story. This hotel has charm for days! An upgrade to a suite is well worth it, especially if the cost difference isn’t significant. Items a great value. The front desk staff is exceptional, especially Victor Lara. Friendly, attentive and that anticipate all your needs.

The hotel is beautiful with amazing staff in a prime DTLA location. The coffee at the bar was wonderful, and the rooms are great, even though some are small. The aesthetic is amazing.

My favorite hotel in DT LA (if you want boutique, the Intercontinental is great for a ton of other reasons). What an amazing find! Check-in was warm, personal, and effortlessly friendly. Hayley offered the exact type of expertise, warmth, and human touch that makes a place like this such a standout experience. The building itself is so cool—formerly the old YWCA headquarters, redone in an eclectic aesthetic that feels modern, stylish, and hip without losing touch with its history. The common spaces are beautiful, the pool area and Casita are pure SoCal cool, and the mezzanine level features incredible photos honoring the visionary women behind the space (definitely look for the photo of suffragettes in all white, sitting right next to a bar that is easily the best example of contemporary LA interior design I’ve seen). With thought-provoking art on the walls, the whole vibe is pure gold. Bravo to Hyatt Unbound for letting this boutique hotel sing a complex melody that hits all the right notes.

Very nice classic hotel. Restaurant by pool was exceptional. Room comfortable, bathroom very nice. Lots of other good dining options nearby. Staff always super friendly. Only problem had nothing to do with hotel, but the area. Been there three times now and the homeless situation around the hotel is significant up and down Figueroa. Not the hotels fault, but know before you go.

Absolutely beautiful and very clean. I wish we had more time just to spend at the hotel. Very very refreshing to come back to after being in dtla all day. The room was so clean and comfortable.
