Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $35 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Smoking Policy

Hotel Figueroa is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes or marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel. You acknowledge that your room may contain a smoke sensor provided by NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a smart device that allows us to determine whether smoking in a room has taken place and to charge associated smoking fees, if any. You hereby agree and consent to the presence and use of such a sensor in your room. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited. A charge of $500 + taxes will be assessed if smoking is detected.

Pet Policy

We welcome guests traveling with pets. We allow up to two pets per room with a maximum weight of 50 pounds per pet. There is a one-time charge of $50 for any number of nights.

  • The room must be made available to housekeeping. The guest will arrange to have their pet out of the room to accommodate this service.
  • Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time.
  • Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or pool area.
  • Pet must be leashed at all times when not inside the room.
  • The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of pet waste in the outside dumpster or other designated area.
  • Damages caused by pets to a room, its furnishings or any other part of the hotel are the guest’s sole responsibility. Your account will be charged the cost of such damages. Room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.
