The hotel is in a great location. It's a welcoming and unique facility--feels like a boutique hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious--great bathrooms with great shower. Fun vibe.

A beautiful hotel in a really good locating. Excellent quality of food and really friendly staff. The only downside was that our room looked out over the back of the hotel on to a derelict site, but this didn't impact on our stay.

I would highly recomend the Holsten House Hotel in Nashville , it is in the perfect position for broadway, lovely traditional stlye and exceptional staff with the bonus of a rooftop outdoor pool

Great location but rooms are small and the per day parking rate of $72 plus tax is outrageous! On top of that there is a $30 per day resort fee which is a joke because I’m not sure what extra amenities that actually covered! Even though I’m a Hyatt member I would not stay here again

I couldn’t have wished for a better stay! This was truly a dream trip, and Holston House was a huge part of what made it so special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning! So quirky, stylish and full of unique touches that give it so much character. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you, no matter the time of day or night. The hotel feels really safe and secure, and the location is fantastic, a five-minute walk from Broadway and shopping / food all within 2 minute walk. The rooftop pool area… WOW! Definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The views are breathtaking, it was the perfect place to relax and take everything in. The cleanliness and amenities were top tier. Our room was spacious, spotless, modern and beautifully designed, and housekeeping provided fresh water daily, which was such a lovely touch. Honestly, I would be back at Holston House next week if I could! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay and for making our experience so easy, relaxing and fun from start to finish. Anybody considering booking this hotel, don’t hesitate. You absolutely won’t regret it!

I did not have a good stay. The air-conditioning didn't work well and there were pubic hairs on the wall in the shower. I called the front desk about it and they said they would send someone up. They did not. When I went out for the night I stopped by the desk and told them again. I also told them about the unclean bathroom. I was offered a fan but declined and said I wanted it fixed or a new room also I wanted the bathroom cleaned. When I got back the bathroom had been cleaned but the air conditioning still was not working. I went to the front desk and they said there were no more rooms available. I asked for the fan they offered me earlier and they said there are no fans but would send a technician up. A few minutes later the technician did show up carrying a fan. The surprise $30 a day charge was shocking. Why should I have to pay for a live band in your bar I'm not going to visit or a record player that I would never use. That fee is unrealistic and should never be implemented giving the high price you already pay for the room. There were two other couples in my party. We all had our own rooms and they all agreed. We will never stay in your hotel again. I will give you a one as a recommendation only because of the location to Broadway.

Having to return to the front desk more than once, only to end the night with a fan, is not the assistance you should have received. Excellent boutique hotel in a superb location. Friendly staff and great amenities. Also the Tenn restaurant does an awesome breakfast.

Lovely Art Deco boutique hotel in a wonderful downtown location. Friendly, attentive staff. Rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. Fabulous A/C!
