Pet Policy

Here at Holston House Nashville, we’re happy to welcome pets of all shapes, sizes and species (as long as they can fit through our front doors). Please keep in mind that a max of two pets are permitted per room. No pet fees apply.

Smoking

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $350 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. In-room air quality is monitored by Rest.
