Spa Policies & Etiquette
Any cancellation must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid charges. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment and complete the registration; late arrivals will reduce treatment time with no change in rate. You can arrive in a robe or change at the spa and it is recommended that you take a bath before your session. For safety, avoid carrying jewelry or valuables. Our therapists are professionals and in some treatments they can touch areas such as the solar plexus, belly, hips, buttocks, face, scalp and feet; If you prefer to avoid any contact, please let us know before or during the session. Areas not included in internal protocols are off-limits for contact, guaranteeing security and privacy. At the beginning of your treatment, you will be asked to complete a form with information about your physical condition and preferences, which is completely confidential. All prices are in pesos, with taxes included.
