Pet Policy 

At Hôtel du Palais Biarritz, we warmly welcome dogs and cats. Every effort is made to ensure the comfort and well-being of your pets so that they can also enjoy a pleasant stay. A daily fee of €65 per room, per night applies.

• Pets must always be kept on a leash in all public indoor and outdoor areas, including the gardens.
• A resting cushion and a food bowl are provided.
• Pets are welcome throughout the hotel except in the pool areas, Club Impérial, Spa Impérial, and Restaurant La Rotonde. They are permitted in Le Salon, Bar Napoléon III and La Terrasse for your convenience. Pets are not allowed in La Rotonde, Spa Impérial or Club Impérial.
• Only one pet per room is allowed.
• Any damage caused by your pet in the room will be charged.
• We are pleased to confirm that your emotional support dog is warmly welcome in our restaurants, under the condition that he remains discreetly beneath the table, and does not in any way disturb other guests. Regrettably, for hygiene and wellness standards, we are unable to allow canine companions access to The Oasis Spa and the pool areas.

City Tax 

In 2025, the city tax is 6.91€. In 2026, the city tax will be 7.06€.
