Food experience

Best Hotel experience ever! Staff are extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is situation near the palace and is easy to get around to places, shops, restaurants and site seeing.  The hotel is clean and has everything one would need on a stay there.

Best Hotel

We had a wonderful time in Hotel Reisen. The staff, most especially Eric, was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were perfect and always clean. The location was ideal, as it was near most of the tourist attractions.

Wonderful time in Stockholm

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, good food and drink , clean and positive environment. The hotel’s location was perfect for fantastic local cafe restaurants and bar and major attractions.

A very satisfying stay

The experience was lovely overall with a cozy environment and staff that were attentive and very helpful. The rooms felt homely and had everything I expected. It is located in a beautiful area and a perfect place to stay for exploring Stockholm. A true representation of everything great with Sweden. I spent New Years Eve here and the vibe was fun and everyone was happy and cheerful, making it the perfect start to the new year!

Authentically Swedish home away from home

We had a couple of days in Stockholm prior to returning home from our vacation and this was the perfect hotel! It was not only beautiful but the staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful at every turn from food recommendations to directions to various sites we wanted to see! We were greeted each time we were seen by any staff and loved every second of our stay! The breakfast was incredible and our room with sauna was amazing! We will definitely stay here if we are ever back in Stockholm!

Amazing Hotel!

The hotel is in a wonderful location and affords easy access to Gamla Stan. However, the rooms are extremely snug, and the bathrooms are even tighter. If you plan to spend very little time in the hotel, then this is the place for you...but as a higher end hotel, they should make it clear that the rooms are very small.

Small rooms, great location

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I booked a single room and received a 160 cm bed, towels for two, and complimentary toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room also had a good hairdryer and a large, nice TV.

The only downside was that the lobby area could be quite noisy, and the cocktail bar felt a bit chaotic at times. I also believe there was a nightclub underneath my room, so there was some noise late in the evenings and at night. However, this is not something the hotel can control.

The breakfast was excellent. Sparkling wine was served, and there were good vegetarian options available, which I really appreciated. I didn’t try the food in the bar, but I noticed that vegetarian options were offered there as well. A small suggestion would be to ask guests if they prefer plant-based milk or regular dairy milk for their coffee.

The bed was very comfortable, on the softer side, with lovely bedding. The bathroom was quite small but had a good shower with strong water pressure. The location is great, with convenient access to both the city centre and the Globe Arena, and it was easy to reach public transport.

I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful three night stay at Hotel Reisen. The hotel is beautiful and in an idyllic location.

We enjoyed a great meal with excellent food and superb drinks in a exceptionally fun and festive atmosphere. Breakfast was also quite nice with a wide variety of to suit all tastes.

Hotel Reisen was a great jumping off point to explore the beauty of Stockholm, and a joy to come back to each day.
