Lovely hotel with beautiful decoration. Super convenient to explore old town. The relax lounge was a plus but clean up can be a bit more often.

Hotel is good overall but needs renovation especially TV in the room is kinda old. Also worth mentioning the current construction on La Rambla so you should expect a lot of noise on the morning

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would especially like to praise the staff for their excellent service. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and helpful, which made my visit even more enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. I also really enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, which offered a great selection and was a perfect start to the day. I truly appreciated the positive atmosphere, attention to detail, and excellent service, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The Reisen is an excellent choicomce for a stay in Stockholm. The staff is very helpful, friendly and well trained - from the front desk to the restaurant. The location is perfect. The facility is very well appointed, rooms were updated, very clean, bedding very comfortable, spa awesome and the breakfast was terrific. The pricing was very reasonable considering the value of all of the above. We are very well traveled and rank the Reisen near the top of hotels we have stayed in worldwide. You can pay more on the water but why bother? This is one of the top in Stockholm without the hefty price tag.

The Reisen Hotel is located in a perfect location to see Stockholm. Very close to Old Town, buses and ferries. You can walk to almost every attraction. There are many restaurants close by. A wonderful cafe is located across the street to enjoy Fika every morning looking at Stockholm harbour. The hotel is very nice, great staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. I highly recommend this property. Get the SL pass for bus, subway and ferries. Public transit is amazing.

Very nice hotel and staff, in a prime location in Gamalastan, right on the water front. The breakfast is a buffet of high quality and variety. A bit pricey if all you want is a pastry and coffee, so we didn't get it every day, but there are plenty of pastry shops nearby. Rooms are adequate in size, and mostly well fitted. We did find there to be limited space for things like underwear, t-shirts, sweaters, etc, but there is plenty of hanging space and we managed. The bathroom is ample, but the shower enclosure was very small. All in all, a lovely experience. If we ever get back to Stockholm, we'll consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at Hotel Reisen. The hotel is welcoming and luxurious while still offering a cozy environment. Staff are very well-trained and helpful. The rooms feel new, the beds were very comfortable and quality of the lighting was perfect. We didn't have time to use the spa or the hidden bar, but we hope to next time. The breakfast is worth the price if you have enough time to enjoy all the offerings. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to get the best out of the city over a few days, since many ferry drop off points are just in front of the hotel. And the hop-on/hop-off bus stops right outside too!

Staff were very pleasant. Conveniently located to old town Stockholm. Bathrooms were very small as were the rooms breakfast buffet was very well done.

Boutique hotel right in the heart of Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Helpful staff, nice bar and lobby. Comfortable rooms with a good sized bathroom. The restaurant was open until 10:30pm which was very helpful when we arrived late, and hungry after a long train trip.
