If you want a super clean, 5 star experience where everything is super professional this is the place to go. The staff were top tier and I had no complaints.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel offered a peaceful, tranquil environment which made it easy to relax and unwind. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean, comfortable and lovely and quiet. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and somewhere we would happily return to.

It is a very high quality hotel. Staff excellent. Picador restaurant top quality. Room quality exceptional. Beautiful location. Slightly remote. Great for golfers.

The overall experience was enjoyable, but the service lacked the flexibility and attentiveness one would expect from a five-star property. Staff appeared constrained by very rigid roles and responsibilities, which sometimes made even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. The most surprising example was being refused coffee after dinner, even when we offered to pay for it separately. In a true five-star hotel, a reasonable guest request like this should be accommodated without hesitation. A little more guest-focused flexibility would have made a significant difference.

Great experience at La Zambra. Really helpful and nice staff (thank you Nelson from checkin to help sort out everything at checkin), all the cleaning staff ladies for our 251 suite and all staff in general. The hotel is quite beautiful, well maintained, food is great. We had a wonderful time.

Incredible hotel. Zoe and Berta with guest services helped me organize a fun surprise for my son's birthday and they delivered a tremendous experience with gifts, balloons, and a scavenger hunt. He loved every minute. We also got to experience their weekly flamenco show which was as good or better as what I've paid for in Granada and Sevilla. The food and service at Palmito were fantastic and the hotel overall was clean, updated, and lovely. Highly recommend stopping here for a visit!

What a stunning resort. Simple yet opulent. It surpassed our expectations. If you are fortunate enough to be served by Alberto in the Palmito restaurant, you are guaranteed exceptional service. The spa services were excellent and the spa circuit and pools were a lovely addition to our stay as well as the gym.

Beautiful location. Clean, spacious and great amenities. Breakfast is great. Staff is super helpful and welcoming. Concierge gave us great recommendations on what to do.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in stunning grounds with one of the nicest pools I've been in. Service is mostly fantastic - huge thanks to Jesus at Bartola at the pool for his service and food recommendations. The room was lovely, bigger than expected, nice balcony and always clean. All the staff we spoke to at Reception were really friendly and helpful.
