The hotel had opened not even two weeks prior to my visit and everything was perfect and running smoothly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff exceedingly professional yet friendly and down to earth. The location of the hotel right near Central Park is perfect and the hotel has a boutique feel, which I appreciate. I liked the outfitting of the room including the large couch and the open shower. I will stay here again the next time I’m in New York City.
