The pre-function space between the lower-level venues features black and white mosaic-tiled floors, exposed brick and a custom chandelier creating a romantic wedding venue with niches to explore. Combined with the Kelly and Farnsworth event spaces, the entire floor is ideal for wedding receptions and elegant dinners with a separate cocktail space.

Named after the library that existed on our site in the mid-19th century, this refined second-floor meeting room features arched entries, custom crystal chandeliers and 10 floor-to-ceiling windows. Our elegant event space is designed to host a seated dinner reception for up to 100 guests, a private event for up to 130 standing guests or a business meeting for 60 guests. The meeting room includes a projector and screen, wireless/high-speed Internet and an in-house sound system.

With vaulted ceilings, exposed brick walls, and stunning vintage chandeliers, the Kelly room — named for Eugene Kelly, the building’s first owner — can be divided for smaller breakouts meeting rooms or connect to the Cellar for pre-function needs. With high ceilings and custom moldings, this Lower Manhattan meeting room includes a built-in plasma screen, wireless/high-speed Internet and an in-house sound system.

Located adjacent to the Cellar with the ability to connect for pre-function needs, the Farnsworth room features exposed brick and vintage chandeliers, and can accommodate 80 guests in a seated or standing reception, 66 in a classroom set-up, or 135 in theater layout. It also includes wireless/high-speed Internet and an in-house sound system.
