Pet Policy

You’re welcome to bring your furry friends along for the ride when you stay at our luxury, pet-friendly hotel near downtown Houston, located steps from a dog park. For safety, pets must remain in their assigned guest room and cannot be left unattended. Maximum two pets per room. *We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking allowed in the public areas or guestrooms of the hotel. The hotel will apply a $300 cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this non-smoking policy.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a private and exclusive atmosphere for our guests, unauthorized professional or commercial photography or videography is not permitted. Hotel guests may take non-commercial, respectful photography or videography for their personal use within their rooms or on the property. However, they must ensure that their activities do not disrupt the privacy or comfort of others.
