My wife and I spent 5 nights at The Cape for our baby moon and my wife’s birthday. This was our second time staying at The Cape and the team was super attentive and helpful throughout our trip even before we set foot on the property. We missed our connecting flight due to inclement weather so I called The Cape and the team adjusted our dates, at no additional cost, so we could still enjoy 5 nights. They even honored our Sunday Funday promo which included complimentary breakfast at The Ledge. The breakfast menu was way better than we expected, so many options, and our waitress Elizabeth was awesome. We had lunch every day at the pool restaurant, Point Break. Huge shoutout to Jaime, Jose, and Fernanda at the pool. They were super friendly and attentive - can’t say enough good things about them. The beach is very rough, rocky and not for swimming unless you’re an experienced surfer, of which we saw several every day. I scheduled a prenatal massage for my wife at Currents and a foot massage on a different day. The team at Currents gave me access to the full spa while we wife enjoyed her treatments. She was pleasantly surprised to learn they have a pregnancy wedge so she could lay face down. We had dinner at all three restaurants on the property. Manta is a cannot miss experience - truly delightful and the view unmatched. Our waiter, Leonel was topnotch. The Ledge was very good. Our waiter, Jesus was great! The Sunken Bar was just ok. We left the property on two occasions via Uber App with no issues. The bellboy, Óscar remembered our names and the team makes note of the Uber drivers name, car and license plate. We were a little concerned having read other reviews talking about the music at the pool or the rooftop bar being too loud. We were unbothered by either. There were 2 weddings during our stay but neither affected our trip in any way. In fact, the people watching was quite entertaining. In all, we loved our stay at The Cape and would easily recommend it to our friends.
