I appreciated both team members who checked us in and out they listened attentively, understood our needs, and demonstrated excellent communication skills. The hotel was beautiful, the bartenders were friendly and made the best drinks, and the view was incredible. I also loved the still and sparkling water taps in every hallway. The location was perfect, and I definitely recommend staying in the Gulch area when visiting Nashville.
