This hotel is beautiful and has excellent customer service. The rooms are very well designed and beautifully decorated. The pool is very small, and the chairs get taken very quickly, but it is a nice area with very nice towels, and bar, and water on tap. The restaurant food was great, but it would be nice to have some more basic options available all day. The views from the pool and rooftop bar/restaurant is beautiful. Great location - walkable to restaurants and shops.

Anyone staying in the Buckhead area I highly recommend the Thompson. Everything during our stay was perfect, the hotel was very clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly and the bar made an incredible Siempre Tequila Margarita.

This is a wonderful property. The restaurant and bar on site are amazing and it is a great place to stay and enjoy walking to some of the best restaurants in the Buckhead area. Property is quiet and has a great rooftop pool with stunning views!

Thompson hotels are some of my favorites and this one definitely did not disappoint. The hotel is very well equipped and decorated. The restaurants were both great. The rooftop restaurant has great views and small bites, and the dirty rascal has excellent Italian food and a great wine selection. The gym has everything you need, and the roof top pool is a great spot to hang out also.

Hotel was great. Arrival experience was flawless despite it being very busy. All staff was attentive and handled everything efficiently. Got some great suggestions from the front desk on where to eat and things to do in the city. Had dinner at Dirty Rascal. Great ambiance and the food was even better. Rooftop bar, Tesserae, was amazing.

Friendly staff, beautifully appointed and stylish rooms. Stay in Buckhead. If you need to stay around the airport or just around town the location is about 25-30 minutes away but will beat any "downtown" hotel or any airport hotel and is work the extra few minutes to drive. Buckhead is the best part of Atlanta and mostly murder free.

Stayed for a conference and had a splendid time. They were extremely accommodating when I locked myself out and when a delay caused my check-out time to be later than I expected. Beyond that, service was great. The room itself was immaculate, nicely designed.

I stayed here for a conference, and it was a lovely hotel. Fantastic customer service throughout. The entire hotel was very clean, and my room was wonderful. The bar had yummy drinks and apps with great service. I highly recommend this hotel.

I’m never disappointed. Staying here feels like a treat. From The Thompson DC to The Thompson Atlanta, it feel luxurious without breaking the bank. Comfortable, stylish, trendy and swanky. They really did put a lot of thought and intention in the room design. I can’t say enough.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very professional and service was top notch. I would recommend the hotel for intending couples or families. It's also in a great location close to a lot of attractions.
