Great location overlooking harbour area - where the daily ferry from Malmo to Poland docks. FAB views from the 14th floor for breakfast and later drinks in evening. Short walk to Malmco C for train on Oresund Bridge to Copenhagen. A fairly quiet spot, not hustle and bustle at all. Dont miss the above ground 'bunker'.

Perfect for a mixed Malmo/Copnehagen visit, worht it for 14th floor views alone.

The room was pretty nice. They prepared birthday gifts for my and people were so nice. The location is awesome. Just several mins to malmo central by walking.

Nice location, room and services

nice hotel, reasonable price 20 minutes from Copenhagen city by train. Funny part it is in Sweeden but next to capital of Denmark.  Most of the rooms are ocean view and many caffes next to hotels.

The worst check in experience of my life, thanks to Mr Jay, and I’ve stayed a few thousand nights in hotels, and have status with Hyatt so imagine with someone without status

Awful check-in experience

This hotel was easy to find, stunning rooms, super clean, and the ocean view was fantastic. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.  I highly recommend staying here.

5 stars for the Story Hotel

Great hotel in Malmo, very close to Central Station, old town area and excellent restaurants.
Hotel was very nice, a mixture of modern chic and affordable living.

A quick day at Story Hotel in Malmo

Nice & clean hotel, with cramped rooms and tiny bathrooms. Top floor breakfast is good and offers a great view. Didn't try the bar that closed by 22:00.

Great views, clean hotel, don't bring more than one luggage

One of the highlights of my trip to Sweden was staying at the Story in Malmö. I had an excellent view of the city and felt incredibly at home while away from home 🏡

Home with A View Away from Home

Great location - easy walk to train station, restaurants, even Malmo’s beautiful library.

Slick room decor, huge view of the harbor and lighthouse,  roomy bath. 
Housekeeping staff was top notch, friendly and accommodating.

At check-in staff made an excellent restaurant suggestion  with multiple dining choices. All within easy reach. 

The building that the Hyatt Story is located in is multi purpose. The entrance area has a restaurant, office space, a clever stairway that provides seating. Our personal favorite was the PingPong table available for guest use :)

Easy and Sublime

Great hotel with good views and located near the water. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants but  because of it being the Midsommar festival time of year, many of the shops and restaurants were closed.
