This place should not be operating. AC quite in the middle of the night and there was no one to fix it. The room temperature was almost 80. The other room had a leaking plumbing and toilet was not functioning properly.

This hotel shows up on the Hyatt App, you get there and they tell you we are "GOING" to be a Hyatt but not yet. So guess what... you don't get any points and you don't get any of the benefits of being a loyal hyatt member.

If the hotel can not guarantee that it has completed the remodel and you are staying in the main hotel. Legit don’t waste your money and stay in the street.

Pleasantly surprised to find the meeting spaces, lobby, and meeting rooms in such great condition despite the state of renovation. It was still in much better shape than the last time I attended a meeting here, and they were in the middle of a big renovation! Housekeeping was impeccable and the lunch and dinner I had at the meetings were delicious and well-prepared (bread was freshly warmed and the butter was perfectly soft). Bonus: hotel cats on site!

While it is transferring over to the Hyatt, things were not working, the hot tub pool not heated , walls of construction was up and very unappealing. Staff was working harder than ever ,could have used more help . Even on the weekend it was a skeleton crew. Perhaps that's the reason why, it was on the weekend. Over all I think I will look for other facilities in the future.

An amazing stay. Really great staff. Clean rooms. Under construction but still made the stay wonderful. Very informative about the stay.

The hotel seemed as its being remodeled or under construction during out visit and almost looked abandoned when we arrived but everything from check-in to our room was perfect. Honestly the room are much larger then most chain hotels Ive stayed at and for the price it was well worth it. Everything was clean and employees were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay there. Even though it was close to the airport and highway there was little noise. We were there to celebrate a milestone birthday and a lot of family stayed there also so it made it fun. The staff was Friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and had a mini fridge and a safe for valuables.
