Two Nights Only - Park Hyatt Toronto, in partnership with S. Pellegrino, proudly presents the launch of its Global Chef Series with an intimate dining experience featuring award-winning Chef Nello Cassese. As Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred Ristorante Hotel Cipriani in Rio de Janeiro - named Best Italian Restaurant in the World (2025) - Chef Nello brings his internationally celebrated talent to Toronto for this exclusive event.

Born in Naples and trained under legendary chef Gordon Ramsay in several Michelin-starred kitchens in London, Chef Nello has developed a refined approach to southern Italian cuisine that blends tradition with innovation. Together with Park Hyatt Toronto’s Executive Chef Jonathan Williams, he will guide guests through an immersive seven-course tasting menu that celebrates Italian flavours, textures, and storytelling in a rare culinary collaboration.

Park Hyatt Bangkok is pleased to announce the return of its acclaimed culinary event, Yuzu Safari, now in its 4th year. This edition marks its debut within the prestigious Masters of Food & Wine global series, a celebration of culinary excellence hosted at select Hyatt properties worldwide.

Yuzu Safari honors Japan’s iconic citrus fruit, yuzu, known for its delicate tartness, floral aroma, and versatility. The event brings together renowned chefs from across Asia, each presenting their interpretation of yuzu through hands-on workshops and a curated dining experience.

Guests will begin the afternoon with interactive masterclasses, followed by The Pantry Cocktail Hour featuring yuzu-inspired beverages. The evening culminates in a six-course dinner crafted by leading chefs, showcasing yuzu across a range of culinary styles. All attendees will receive full access to the day’s programming, including beverages and a take-home gift.
