Your property is well maintained. From the moment we pulled into the lobby, we could feel the professionalism of the staff and the luxury the hotel has to offer. I just want to give one last thanks to Pak AhmadAzumar! This wedding would not have happened the way it did without him. When we had questions, he answered; when we had problems, he resolved them; when we had meetings, he was on time. He was managing multiple events during our wedding week, with 4 weddings held that night, and we felt we had his full attention. What else could I ask for in an event manager?

The location and view are as good as it gets for Jakarta. The food options were varied and great. The facilities were all top notch and the staff was accommodating and courteous. Overall, I had an excellent stay at the Park Hyatt.

Booked this stay through a Hyatt Privé agent and was upgraded to a King room with a Monas View, stunning. At the front desk, Gizelle handled my check-in. She was very professional, fast, gave enough information about the hotel and even arranged my departure transportation very efficiently. The hotel sits in a business/corporate district. I was visiting to celebrate my birthday. I didn't venture out much and was well entertained within the hotel itself. Security was strict at this hotel which gave a sense of safety. I loved the room. High tech 57sqm. With electric blind and blackout curtains. Easy to use room/lightning controls! It had separate spaces for a Japanese bidet, a walk-in closet, and a bathtub, plus a shower with excellent pressure. I loved the Le labo toiletries. The bed was a 10/10! I woke up feeling well rested the next morning. Housekeeping exceeded expectations. I left my clothes disorganized before heading out, and came back to find everything neatly folded and organized! such a thoughtful touch from Mr. Akbar and Mr. John. I also asked turndown service to come at a specific later time, they gave me water and I was half-expecting them to forget, but they showed up right on the dot. The spa was immaculate. I had the Perfect Glow Facial with Ms. Elvira, who kindly walked me through every product she used. My skin was glowing afterward and I felt completely relaxed. Dinner at Lilian was a beautiful experience. I loved the ambiance and decor was impressive. m My waiter Medwin made excellent recommendations while being warm, professional, and easy to talk to. My one piece of feedback: portions were generous to the point of being difficult for a solo diner. I had to leave more than half my fried rice, which felt wasteful. Since Chinese cuisine is often built for sharing, a solo-diner menu (like Grand Hyatt Manila offers) would be a great addition. Overall, this was an incredible and memorable stay with almost no friction! It is exactly what I'd expect from a Park Hyatt property. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! If you were deciding between this and others, this is your sign to go with Park Hyatt Jakarta.

Impeccable hotel that is truly one of the best in the world. Incredible service, beautiful design and world-class restaurants and bars. We stayed in a Park Deluxe Suite for a week, it is a delightfully large suite that is well appointed with local art and spectacular views. Globalist guests are invited to a nightly Social Hour amenity which includes two drinks and an assortment of 3-4 canapés. I'd strongly recommend you try the in-house restaurants - particularly Kita Restaurant for Japanese, Li Lian for Cantonese, Atelier 23 for European delights and The Dining Room for local and international buffets. The sashimi at Kita, the signature blend tea at Li Lian, the lobster bisque soup at Atelier 23, and the Sunday Brunch in The Dining Room may be worth the trip on their own. Room service also lets you pick and choose from all the internal restaurants, which allows for a magnificent multi-cultural smorgasbord in the comfort of your room. This is the perfect hotel for a relaxed staycation only minutes from the beating heart of Jakarta.

Excellent stay. All the amenities you need are there. Will definitely come back. Food was also great and there are new items daily in the buffet breakfast.
