FHR Staycation at Park Hyatt DC. Overall experience is as expected for a 5 star hotel. Location is good. Only complaint when check in the upgraded room is not ready and waited about 3 hours. The carpet in the hall way is too dirty and stain everywhere. My room’s shower pressure is very low. And I see other guest wearing robe in the elevator and don’t think it’s proper

FHR stay at Park Hyatt DC

Definitely the best choice you will get in the Georgetown/Foggy Bottom area. The staff at the hotel are very professional, and the F&B experience at BlueDuck Tavern is fantastic.

Great stay at Park Hyatt

I had an amazing experience here! The customer service was top notch, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We were celebrating my birthday, and they delivered a special birthday treat directly to the room. We also needed a place to store leftover food, and they brought us a mini fridge directly to the room. The rainfall shower and bathtub were so nice and made for a truly luxurious stay. I highly recommend staying at the Park Hyatt DC!

Truly unforgettable stay!

Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had.  4 calls, 4+ hours and we still had to go to complain to be able to get ice.   Left over cot in luxury sweet from previous guest, and found huge chunks of glass all over the floor that was discovered when my service animal found.  Everyone apologized but no one fixed.

Avoid at all costs

Gorgeous hotel with amazing customer service. Wonderful Anniversary stay. Rooms are amazing!!! Everyone was sooo helpful, kind and professional.

Perfect! Wonderful stay

Expect to get double charged for your stay. Had a zero balance on my reciept and still got a charge for 323 dollars. Had to resolve it thru the credit card company.

Wrongfully charged

Location is nice and quiet, short walk to Dupont restaurants and short metro or bus ride to the Mall - but it's walkable too. The hotel itself was great as you'd expect for a hotel of this class.

We always stay at the Park Hyatt while visiting Washington.

Beautiful stay at the Park Hyatt

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were modern and clean, the amenities very nice. Especially loved the amino acids in the gym, the fact that our room was restocked with waters mid day and the complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. The food was not great at the tavern; however, everything else was amazing. We had a lot of fun playing at the pool!

Great stay in DC. Favorite upscale hotel so far!

One of the best hotels in DC, quiet and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. My room was nicely furnished with a large beautiful shower and comfortable bed. I stayed in this hotel repeatedly.
