Our Residence Rooms comprise of four separate rooms including Residences One, Two, Three and the Terrace Boardroom ranging from 350-650 square feet of space. Each room features floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light, and original modern art. The rooms are grouped around a foyer with a show kitchen that faces 57th Street.

The largest of our four Residence Rooms, the 650-square-foot boardroom boasts natural light —rare in New York City. The adjoining 1,050-square-foot private outdoor terrace adds flexibility and visual appeal.

Host 45 to 200 guests in this 3,100-square-foot space featuring backlit white Italian onyx walls, 28-foot ceilings, built-in AV equipment, and natural light. The foyer showcases hand-painted watercolor panels and carpeting that symbolizes Central Park foliage.

BEVY is a dynamic events space featuring its own dramatic art installation at the center of a contemporary designed cocktail bar. The space features mixed warm, earth tones throughout with natural daylight, wood-paneled walls and is ideal for small meetings, cocktail receptions and private dinners.
