Great Stay, would love to have more option at the midnight menu. Room was perfect an Clean. Staff is always helpful and kind.
Exceptional hotel- one of the best I have stayed at in London. Beautiful rooms, excellent service and a gorgeous swimming pool/ gym.
It was clean and new but not special. The location was also subpar as was the service. I think I could get a room of a similar size and caliber in central london at a similar price.
The Hyatt was a wonderful experience for this business conference; there were many options for private meetings, lunches and coffee, and the front desk and concierge team were outstanding at helping us find our way and help with restaurant recommendations in the Battersea area.
Pure luxury! A five-star hotel. Professional and attentive staff. Excellent restaurants. Highly recommend if you want next level experience that's a cab ride away from everything London has to offer. A special mention to Thomas, who is the Front Office Leader for making us feel welcomed for our entire stay.

Location is a little far from the main shopping area but is easily available via tube. Don’t recommend taxi as traffic is very bad. Awesome hotel and the room is specious and luxurious as what park Hyatt is known for.

Absolutely lovely room, with a beautiful view of the shard and london eye. Staff were lovely and the room came with very nice touches. I'd highly recommend.

Hotel is very nice, clean and breakfast was very good both with food selection and service. The reception was welcomng and on the most part staff were very attentive. The afternoon tea we had was very nice but the bread on the sandwiches was a little dry. My main issue was that the rooms are designed to make life difficult for women who wish to dry hair or put make up on. The is no way to use a hairdryer near a mirror - no mirrors with plugs next to them, and there is nowhere to sit and do hair or make up at a mirror. This is not nessarily unqiue to this hotel but in this day and age its ridiculous. I did mention this on check out and was told that there was an extension cable in the room for the hairdryer but we certainly counldn't find it and I did look in every cupboard !
