Great location in Nisantasi, amazing rooms, and by far the best hotel gym I've ever experienced. Mustafa Dalay at the concierge desk, was extremely professional.

Nice location overall Staff and hotel was nice but the room was very dated and had a strange smell. The bathroom was very nice but the curtains, carpets and walls were dated.

I had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Istanbul! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay special. I was very appreciative of the beautiful room upgrade—the room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The food was also excellent, and one of the highlights of my stay was the hammam spa experience. It was incredibly relaxing and such a memorable part of my time in Istanbul. The level of hospitality really stood out. Every detail was handled with care, and I felt genuinely well taken care of throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend the Park Hyatt Istanbul and look forward to returning!

My wife and I spent four nights at the Park Hyatt Macka Palas in mid August. It was easily one of my best hotel experiences ever. I was impressed by the genuine concern and care of all the staff members who always greeted my wife and I with a smile and a willingness to make our stay a pleasant one. My upgraded room was spacious and immaculate. The restaurant options were great. We also spent several evenings enjoying cocktails and food, as well as the spectacular view, at the roof top bar. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic taste of Turkish hospitality. RonH
