Thank you for choosing to stay at Park Hyatt Istanbul – Maçka Palas. We understand that pets are important members of your family, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our hotel.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope you will understand that we have made this policy in the best interests of all guests. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the hotel staff. We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Smoking Policy

Park Hyatt Istanbul – Maçka Palas is a nonsmoking hotel. The hotel and all our rooms are nonsmoking areas, and smoking is prohibited all inside public areas in Turkey. Please feel free to use your room balcony or terrace for smoking purposes (if available). Please note that we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €250 for prohibited smoking in our hotel rooms.
