Hotel Policies

Check-in and Checkout Times

Check-in: 2 p.m.
Checkout: noon

These are standard check-in/checkout times, unless specified in the standard reservation confirmation voucher issued by the hotel.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid Indian Government-approved photo identification with address is required at check-in for all guests occupying the room. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, a passport, an Aadhar card, and/or voter ID. A copy for record will be made of the document at check-in. Foreigners are mandated to provide valid visa on arrival before check-in.

Security Policy

For security reasons, all rooms will be checked once every 24 hours for occupation and usage. Duplicate keys to the guest room will not be issued without the presence of the registered guest(s), and only after the presentation of valid photo identification. The hotel applies strict CCTV camera monitoring, and CCTV access is prohibited for guest viewing for security reasons. Park Hyatt Hyderabad, its servants or agents, accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any nature, including because of negligent act or omission, to property belonging to guests, whether placed in the guest room safe or from any physical injuries suffered by the guest. The hotel reserves the right of admission.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in smoking rooms located on designated floors or in designated outdoor smoking areas. Sale of tobacco and tobacco products to minors under the age of 18 is not permitted. Smoking in a nonsmoking room is not permitted.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy

All reservations are to be guaranteed with credit card or advance payment or through company deposit. The hotel is authorised to charge no-show retentions or charges per reservation in case of non-arrival of guest. To confirm your reservation, the hotel may pre-authorise an amount equivalent to a one-night room rate (and applicable taxes) within 48 hours of scheduled arrival. The hotel is authorised to release a booking if the pre-authorisation declines for any reason. Reservation can be cancelled without any charge 48 hours in advance of check-in date unless specified differently in standard reservation confirmation voucher issued by the hotel. Certain reservations are nonrefundable and non-cancelable, in all such case credit card is charged at the time of booking/reservation.

Credit Card Policy

Physical presence of the credit card holder is mandatory to utilise the credit card at any point of sale at the hotel. By providing the credit card details at the time of reservation, you authorise the hotel to charge the card in case of no-show or late cancellation.

Guest Room Usage

Storing of combustible or hazardous articles in the guest room is strictly prohibited. Usage of banned products or consumptions narcotic products/drugs is strictly prohibited. It is understood that guest room usage by guest is not for any activity not permitted under Indian laws. We do not allow poker chips/cards or playing cards (gambling), Bluetooth or wired speakers, Hookah, firearms/weapons or flammable items inside the hotel. The client/guest agrees that he/she shall not engage neither willfully nor negligently allow any illegal activities, such as but not limited to: unlawful activities under the Telangana Gaming Act, The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, and any other and all applicable penal statutes in force.

Liquor Policy

Hotel reserves the right of admission in permitting outside liquor bottles in guest rooms.

Guest Conduct

Park Hyatt Hyderabad reserves the right of admission and entry of persons entering the hotel’s facilities. In the unfortunate event that the client’s guests or their guest’s behavior becomes unacceptable and causes embarrassment or discomfort to others (guests or hotel staff), management of the hotel reserves the right to have the individual or individuals removed from the hotel's premises.

Bottled Water

To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
