The 260-square-meter Posadas Ballroom is the hotel’s main ballroom. It features natural light and has a maximum capacity of 160 people on round tables of 10 people each with a dance floor, or 250 people for cocktails. Its windows can be blacked out to provide an atmosphere for all types of presentations. The lounge can be separated or combined as needed; it can also be used as a foyer for receptions or breaks. It also features the latest technology, including high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, insulated walls, and individual sound and audiovisual equipment with specialists available to assist with our guests needs.

These three rooms, which can be separate spaces, are ideal for medium-sized audiences, such as business meetings for up to 170 people. Located on the concourse of Edicio Posadas, they offer audiovisual equipment and personalised service from trained professionals. The 90-square-meter Ginkgo Room I is recommended for corporate meetings, perhaps in a U-shaped format, for up to 24 people. If needed, the 65-square-meter Ginkgo Room II can be added, bringing the total capacity to 170 people for lunch at round tables. Meanwhile, the 80-square-meter Ginkgo Room III can host up to 90 people for cocktails, product presentations, or meetings.

The hotel’s smaller rooms, located on the concourse of the Posadas Building, offer all the amenities needed for small meetings and can provide all the necessary services within the rooms, with the Grand Foyer used for breaks or lunches. Audiovisual equipment is available to ensure the success of every event. The 30-square-meter Nogal Room is the ideal choice for meetings of up to 12 people; the 28-square-meter Ceibo Room, which can be joined to the Nogal Room, has the same capacity. Finally, the 23-square-meter Tilo Room has a marble table for up to eight people, and offers a plasma television and all the comforts needed for small meetings, conference calls, or video presentations.

The Salón Privado is located on the Piano Nobile floor of the Palace to the right of the hotel entrance. This elegant 50-square-meter salon offers beautiful views over Avenida Alvear and is ideal for small business meetings or intimate social gatherings. It offers a living area and a private pantry area that allows for efficient and immediate service. The salon also has a beautifully appointed interior, including high ceilings, a comfortable and relaxed ambience, pumpkin-coloured walls, white window frames, antique carpets, comfortable love seats, silk curtains with details by designer Julio Perez Sans, an ample marble “romigiatto green” table, high-back black leather chairs, and a beautiful bronze and crystal chandelier. Artwork by the famous artist Kirim is exhibited in the salon.
