This is a top rated 5 star hotel situated on the glorious Saadiyat island with its magnificent beach. The grounds are spacious and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and well serviced and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a garden and sea facing room. Despite the fact that the hotel occupancy was high during our stay it was quiet and peaceful and the standard of service was excellent.

A beautiful hotel conveniently located near museums and a quick drive to downtown Abu Dhabi. Everything was lovely - the staff attentive, the food delish. And the spa was amazing. I had two complaints - one minor - room location was as far from the lobby as possible and felt like the basement. Room was nice, but journey to get there was long and there was no view. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. To be fair, I did not ask to be moved or see if there was another option - I was jet lagged and just wanted to settle in. Second, and more importantly, the hotel has a signature scent that set off some sort of major allergy. If you are at all smell sensitive, I would not recommend this stay. It was such a shame because it meant that I could not enjoy the public areas without my nose running and a sneeze attack. But if you can handle that, and don't mind it, I truly recommend the space. It was beautiful.

Another amazing stay, if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday this is definitely the best place to visit in the UAE, the hotel is lovely with the most incredible beach, All of the staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make your stay special. I would highly recommend mate restaurant the food is amazing and the manager always makes you feel so welcome. The cafe offers a good selection if you’re there on half board and the manager Carolina and waiters Said and Palak are all so friendly and are a credit to the hotel. The pool has very low background music which is so nice if your there for a peaceful time as it is getting quiet hard to find this in the UAE now as a lot of the hotels are going more down the party vibe, the waiters around the pool Dishant and Freedy make your day enjoyable and the lovely lifeguard Sujeewa is alway there with a big smile and happy to help

Amazing resort for relaxing. Excellent service, food, so polite staff. There is all for your comfort and pleasure. So nice location and excellent beach! You don’t feel any stress and worries staying at the hotels. So nice atmosphere is around you. Everything will be done for you in a good way. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to every member of the hotel team, from the security staff to the receptionists, restaurant team, chefs, managers, and everyone else who contributed to making our stay so special. We had originally booked a standard room, but since we were staying for eight days, the receptionist kindly and generously offered us one of the best rooms in the hotel, with a beautiful sea view and a central location, allowing us to enjoy the very best experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed with guests’ comfort in mind — convenient, fast and effortless. The room was equipped with every little detail you could possibly need, and all the amenities and personal care products were of excellent quality. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed with lovely little surprises. Even providing a beach bag in the room was such a thoughtful and impressive gesture. Everything was truly at the highest level. The restaurant where we had our meals deserves special mention as well. The service was at a true high-end restaurant level rather than the usual buffet-style experience. The managers and waitstaff were incredibly warm, attentive and professional. And the food was simply amazing — delicious, fresh and extremely diverse. It was honestly impossible not to find something that suited your taste. The pool and beach teams also made a great impression. They were constantly providing chilled water, fresh towels and assistance whenever needed, always making sure everything was comfortable for us. The beach itself was beautifully maintained and clean, and the sea was absolutely wonderful. I would also like to highlight the concierge service. The concierge helped me quickly and efficiently find the medication I needed online from local pharmacies and responded incredibly fast and accurately. This level of care and responsiveness truly made a difference. Overall, I have already recommended this hotel to people close to me who are planning to visit Abu Dhabi, and I will definitely be coming back here myself. We recently spent seven nights at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi with our two daughters and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very warm and welcoming, and the level of service throughout our stay was excellent and really contributed to making our family holiday very enjoyable. The hotel facilities were fantastic. We enjoyed using the swimming pools and gym, and breakfast had a great selection from both the buffet and à la carte menus, with the quality of the food consistently very good. We would also like to give a special thanks to the housekeeping team. They did an outstanding job throughout our stay and always maintained our room to an excellent standard. Their attention to detail was very much noted and appreciated. Just want to say a big thank you to everyone at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi for making our eight-day family holiday such a wonderful and memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. We hope to return again soon!
