The Residence—UAE's first residential-style, multi-functional event facility—is located on the Lobby Level and consists of five individually styled event rooms; The Kitchen, The Dining Room, The Majilis, The Drawing Room and The Living Room. All these venues surround an inner courtyard where coffee breaks and meals can be freshly prepared and served. Combining luxurious decor, the latest in audio-visual technology, exceptional cuisine, and a dedicated team of hosts and chefs, The Residence offers guests the experience of staging a stylish event in their own home. This versatile day-lit function venue can accommodate 200 guests reception-style. The Residence can be booked as one venue (making use of the diverse event facilities) or separately, depending on your individual requests.The Kitchen measures 100 square meters (1,076 square feet) and features a fully equipped open kitchen that is ideal for exclusive chef’s tables, interactive cooking demonstrations, and wine tastings. The Kitchen and its veranda can accommodate up to 50 guests for a cocktail reception, and can be connected with the adjacent The Dining Room for larger gatherings. The other four venues—The Dining Room, The Majilis, The Drawing Rooms and The Living Room—can accommodate high-end business meetings or cocktail receptions for up to 18 guests boardroom-style or 30 guests cabaret-style.

Alyazya Terrace is a large outdoor terrace overlooking the adjacent Saadiyat Beach Golf Club. Outdoor Music Policy: Permitted till 11:00 PM

The pillar-free Alyazya Ballroom measures 523 square meters (5,629 square feet) and can be divided into three soundproof sections featuring natural daylight. An exclusive entrance with a high, pillar-free ceiling adds to the feeling of grandeur. With theatre-style seating for 550, Alyazya Ballroom is the perfect venue for hosting product launches, annual meetings, and company orientations. The ballroom has its own pre-function area and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the adjacent golf course. The spacious pre-function area allows you to set up registration or an extravagant buffet.

Salon 1, 2, and 3 are designed for business meetings held in absolute privacy, exclusive dinners, or cocktail parties for up to 100 people. These beautifully appointed, mid-size rooms have a dedicated pre-function area and are conveniently located next to the Alyazya Ballroom, ideal for both breakout and concurrent sessions. Salon 2 can be used jointly with the adjacent Salon 3 for expanded capacity.
