The staff was very helpful in helping me navigate sights to see and how to get there. Room was beautiful and felt luxurious.
The location is super, next to the palace and 3 min walk from the new direct bus stop from airport. Impressive hotel design, above my expectation, strongly recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for exploring Vienna, and it was easy to get around from the hotel. I’d definitely stay here again.
Beautiful hotel. Amazing location and wonderful staff. We loved our wellness suite with our own private sauna. The shower was also wonderful

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, the location is convenient to most places of interest in the city, while the location is pretty quite in the night
Wanted to share a wonderful service experience: My daughter accidentally left her Apple AirPods behind at the Hyatt hotel in Vienna. We reached out to the hotel, and their team was able to locate them and arrange shipping all the way back to our home in the US (we covered the shipping cost). A big thank you to the housekeeping team and hotel staff for their honesty, care, and excellent service. Small actions like this make a lasting impression and truly reflect great hospitality. 👏🙏
Hotel very well located, clean and with a great staff. Close to Tram, Metro and Buses, you can hit any place in Vienna. Very good breakfast and helpful front desk.
There were no telephones in the room. The air conditioning was not working — it was set at 24.5°C, unable to lower the temperature and produced no cooling. The front desk agent was unable to resolve the issue and only said someone would look into it. No one followed up, and the problem remained unresolved throughout our stay. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially from a hotel associated with the Hyatt brand.
This hotel was positioned in an excellent location for access to Wien center as well as the airport. The tram into the center picked up very close to the front door, and the train to the airport (20 min ride) was a 5 minute walk away. Our room (424), although on the smaller side, was exceptionally quiet and comfortable. Plus, it was located far from the elevator. This location allowed us easy access into the main tourist attractions via the trams (I recommend getting a daily or 3 day transportation pass vs individual tickets) while having a quiet location to return to each evening. Oh, and did I say it's right next door to the Belvedere Palace which houses the art museum with Klimpt's 'The Kiss'? We also found a cute coffee shop down the street called Coffee & Friends that we visited each morning.
I redeemed Hyatt points for an award stay, and overall was disappointed with this stay. The building feels outdated, old, and stale. The location was not very convenient to quick food options. My biggest concern was each night of the stay I found bugs on the ceiling, including a large spider crawling above my bed on the ceiling (pictured) on the last night of the stay. I reached out to Hyatt team after my stay and they offered 1,000 points (approx $10) which feels like a slap in the face as a World of Hyatt member. Overall, I feel like Hyatt dropped the ball on this stay, and I'm disappointed that I used my points on this property.
