No Smoking Policy

Our property is a smoke-free hotel, therefore smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms, only in designated smoking areas outside the hotel. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed should this not be adhered to.

Pet Policy

The Pell is a dog-friendly hotel. A $125 nonrefundable pet fee applies per stay. There is a maximum of one dog per room weighing no more than 50 pounds. All dogs must be housebroken.
