Destination Fee

Photography and Videography Policy

The Barnett is private property and reserves the right to control all photography and videography conducted on its premises, including all interior spaces, exterior grounds, and associated facilities. Unauthorized professional or commercial photography and videography is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, photo or video sessions for editorial, fashion, engagement, promotional, branding, or commercial content. Any individual or group conducting such activity without prior written consent from hotel management may be subject to removal from the property. Wedding photography and videography on hotel premises is reserved exclusively for couples who have entered into a formal agreement for a ceremony, reception, or related celebration at The Barnett and/or its affiliated restaurants. All such sessions must be pre-approved and scheduled in advance. Casual personal photography by guests and visitors is permitted so long as it does not interfere with hotel operations, compromise the privacy of other guests, or involve professional equipment or setups. All inquiries regarding professional photography or videography must be submitted in advance to The Barnett. The Barnett reserves the right to deny any request at its sole discretion
