This is a solid hotel choice. Staff is excellent and location is ideal for getting uptown/downtown/crosstown. My room was small and carpet and headboard were worn, but the room, sheets, and bathroom were clean. There is a well-equipped gym which was appreciated. I had a busy and short visit to NYC and location was my main goal. The hotel provided a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and functional gym, so The Time met all my needs. I appreciated the doorman security as I returned late at night.

Hotel location is excellent but that’s about it. Rooms poorly maintained, with visible wear and tear. Pack light because there is very little storage space. Elevators are very small and often take a long time during peak periods. Bellman frequently not there. We had multiple rooms spaced across multiple floors. One of the rooms has a malfunctioning toilet that was not properly addressed. We had to wait an extra hour after checkin time since the room was not ready. We were offered drink vouchers. Only one bartender took a ridiculous amount of time to get simple drinks. Overall not a place I will be returning to.

Stayed here for my sons 11th birthday, upon arrival stated it was my sons birthday and the front office staffed pulled over the concierge to share this. The concierge then asked my son if he liked chocolate, my son replied yes… and nothing ever came from that exchange. Upon entering the room that is about the size of my closet, we noticed how aged and just not clean looking the room was, to include the bathroom. Our blinds were hanging half down, due to them being broken - the headboard had large scratches in it with fabric missing on a good portion of the topside of it, they have this large mirror that is also a TV (which just wasn’t explained so that was confusing) - the bathroom was aged and moldy with the ceiling ripping down. The location was great to get to Times Square and all but for the price and the expectation (especially given my Hyatt status) I will absolutely never go back to this Hyatt location.

Although hotel is right by Times Square, I got a great night rest in a comfortable room with wonderful amenities and comfort. Rooms are very nice, bar has a great atmosphere and food was delicious.

Will 100% be back. It’s in a great location and the hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing. Very kind staff. Easy process overall.

Lack of communication with the planned hot water outage was atrocious. 9PM-7AM planned hot water outage and there was no hot water still until 15:30 the next day. Lack of concern or communication from hotel management is very disappointing as this is usually a very well run hotel.

All around excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaners and service staff. Glad to see folx with their HTC pins as well.

Really worn down hotel. Extremely small rooms and everything is very dark. The staff was amazing but I would not stay there again because of the accommodations.

Great location next to Broadway theatres. Neighbourhood was quiet but easy walk to Times Square. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Staff service was wonderful and the complimentary wine and cheese hour every day was an appreciated touch. The room was small but nicely decorated and felt luxurious

The Time Hotel is located in the perfect place for a visit to NYC. We walked to the show, we were surrounded by excellent restaurants, and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I would recommend this new Hyatt property to all those who are coming in to the city for a show.
