Location is perfect. Almost all major buildings and squares are nearby.
Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful.
Queen size Room  was enough for 1 person but there was no closet. Heating was fine. Bathrooms are small but enough to survive for a week. There is no hand shower.
Complimentary Breakfast Buffet was highly disappointed. Almost no option for vegetarian people.

Good experience for business purpose.

Great hotel in the middle of the theater district and Times Square.  Nice rooms. Stylish lobby. Door man there to open door for us in the freezing cold was nice too.

Great hotel in the middle of the theater district and Times Square

Love this hotel. The location was sensational. So close to the subway, Broadway, and Joe's Pizza, and on a quiet stretch of street. The room (2 double beds) was spacious by NYC standards and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Elevators were fast and empty. Couldn't hear any noise from other rooms, the hallway, or the street. (We were there Wed-Fri.) Check in was fast and friendly. Free bottles of water and complimentary wine and cheese from 5-6 in the bar/lounge were a nice touch. Will definitely be visiting again.

Good stay in the Heart of Manhattan

Hotel is poorly kept, both shower and skink with mold, rooms are in desperate need of renovations, bed headboard coming apart, very dirty rugs and defenitely not a 4star hotel, I arrived a few minutes before 3:00 pm and room was not ready, had to wait for over 30 min. 
The only good experience was the front desk and concierge staff, good location, but not a great experience overall.

Disappointing

Hidden gem in the Times Square area.  Great staff, comfortable beds.  Have been staying here for 20+ years.

Terrible experience.. the room had an odd odor, one of the lights were flickering and would not work properly, the shower would overflow, there is no shower door so the bathroom floor would flood, and when I switched the sink temperature from hot water to cold, the water was brown for a little less than 5 minute before turning back clear. I enjoyed my experience in New York outside of the hotel. 

I will say this.. housekeeping was lovely. They did their best to accommodate and meet my needs.

First and Last…

A little difficulty in finding the hotel because there is another Hyatt Hotel right next door. We were able to check in early which was nice to drop our bags off, freshen up, and go off and explore. There is a wine and cheese hour which is nice. The room was clean, we had a deluxe king room. I think the only difference is we had two robes and one pair of slippers. It would have been nice to be able to use the mini fridge for things that we bought, but the fridge is stocked full of items to buy.

Difficulty finding but overall nice stay

The hotel is a bit dated but the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We had some issues with a missing remote and noisy heat but the technician was very helpful. Heat was still noisy but we managed. No coffee maker was a disappointment.  Our view was building rooftops so that was not great.  But honestly we didn't spend much time in the room so all in all it was a great stay.

Dated but great stay!

This is pretty straightforward: I've stayed at this hotel on a few occasions.  It is generally affordable with a good location.  However, on this occasion, my room's climate control system was malfunctioning - I suspect this was due to the cold the week I stayed (in the run-up to New Years Eve), but I was unable to get the system to do anything but blow extremely hot air.  Regardless of the cold outside, trying to sleep in a room that was stuck at 77 degrees was not fun.  Due to a late arrival I didn't sort out that there was a problem until well after midnight.

Otherwise it was a good stay, but having trouble sleeping really marred the stay.
