This exclusive 2000-square-foot retreat features 2,000 square feet of interior space and 500 square feet of outside space with two terraces overlooking the city and Hudson River.

Our 2,700-square-foot mezzanine lounge—one of the city’s most exquisite spaces—can accommodate up to 100 attendees for seated functions and 270 for cocktail receptions.

Set in a unique 480-square-foot atrium that overlooks Times Square below, this sophisticated private dining room is perfect for small working sessions and intimate events. It can accommodate up to 40 guests seated for a private dinner and up to 50 guests for a cocktail reception. Custom catering menus are available for seated functions and reception-style events. Private restrooms are located on the Penthouse floor.

Host executive meetings, private dinners or social events in our uniquely designed boardroom, which features geometric artwork, state of the art audiovisual technology, and a custom-made table for up to 24 seated attendees and 35 attendees standing. Private dining with custom catering menus is available for up to 20 guests seated.

Located on the mezzanine-level, our unique 400-square-foot PDR Lounge can accommodate up to 40 guests standing and features state of the art audiovisual technology, as well as custom catering menus for reception-style events. For larger events, PDR Lounge can be combined with LeGrande Lounge and the Boardroom to for additional space, amenities, and services.
