It's located in Chinatown, so location is awesome if you love Chinese food like me.  Besides the elevators and halls were too dark, the facility was very nice and quiet and peaceful inside.

Best Hotel in Chinatown Manhattan

Excellent location withink china town and littlw Italy,  good size rooms with fabulous views of the manhattan skyline , good communal area with complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate,  we also asked for a kettle in the room which we were given however no coffee provided only tea luckily I had taken my own so was fine and the communal room had plenty of machine coffee if you ran out.

December stay

Great staff, cleanliness and room layout. Bridge view side can get noisy with fire station across the street. The bar is insanely loud techno beat. If that is not your taste, don’t plan on using the bar and make sure that you are not on the floor below it.

Great location!  Amazing views! I would highly recommend this place for the views of middle Manhattan.  It is right in front of the Manhattan Bridge.

Great location

Went for a short girls trip. This hotel exceeded our expectations. everyone was kind and extremely helpful. Kim at guest services was amazing and recommended some great restaurants to try in Chinatown. I thought the location was also great, it was a little away from the typical tourist attractions but we were able to walk to move of the spots we wanted to go. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again. Also there is a bar on the top floor which had great views and service.

Nice hotel, fantastic location, staff all seem nice and room is very clean. The room has an industrial look which is fine but it needs a bit more lighting i think. My main issue was the breakfast - you get a voucher to order food from a takeaway, the cold dishes are nice and i think plentiful but theres no way you could order a hot meal and it still be hot by the time its delivered soi i think they need to improve the breakfast system

Look no further. This hotel is in the heart of China Town. This hotel is in a great location. Safe area and convenient to many restaurants and Little Italy.

Amazing stay! The hotel really captures the New York vibe with a Chinatown touch. We really loved our room and views from the window.

Check in was fast and the room was clean and comfortable. I liked that they offered me a complimentary breakfast coupon ($25 value). I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Very good location. Close to subway. Close for walking finance District, soho, Brooklyn bridge.Very  clean room, cleaning lady did a perfect job.Beautiful view of Manhattan. Awful reception staff. Not a smile, no goodmorning, ignorant, felt uncomfortable just passing through .
