Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $40.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information:

Smoking Policy

Hotel 50 Bowery is a nonsmoking hotel. A $500 fee, plus tax, will be assessed for smoking in the room and/or tampering with the in-room smoke detector.

Pet Policy

We gladly welcome your traveling canine companions at Hotel 50 Bowery. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing your pup, and we’ll have a dog bed and bowl ready and waiting on arrival. We can also share our list of pet-friendly parks and restaurants in our hotel’s Lower East Side neighborhood.

FEES: No additional fee; we just ask for a signed pet agreement in case of damages.

WEIGHT LIMITS: 50 lbs

Parking Policy

VALET PARKING 
Pickup and drop-off at hotel. $80 for 24 hours with no in-and-out privileges; this includes regular and oversize vehicles. Valet parking charges will be posted to the guest room. 
 
SELF-PARKING 
Guest self-parking is located at 38 Bowery. There is also an entrance at 8 Elizabeth. On arrival, please identify as a hotel guest at the garage. Guest must validate their parking ticket at the front desk upon arrival. Self-parking charges will be posted to the guest room. This garage is open from 7am to midnight, Monday to Friday, and 7am to 1am on both Saturdays and Sundays.
