Very attentive staff and wanting the best for the staff. Superb follow through. Great help from bellman staff from start to finish. On request buggy carts around the massive property. Staff to deliver and pick up luggage to main lobby. Many family friendly amenities from camp Hyatt to indoor lounges with arcades. Fitness center and separate gender spa amenities - Jacuzzi, cold plunge, steam room, sauna. Beach front property with many lounge chairs, multiple pools, and beach sports. Club Regency breakfast options from local cuisine to continental items with made to order egg dishes. Variety of fresh juices. Different items each day. Evening hors d'oeuvres were sufficient as an evening meal with speciality cocktail and red and white wines. One of the best club lounges. Also had the best cafe sua dua in vietnam being extra strong. Would love to come back to this property and would recommend to everyone who considers the stay.

I redeemed a bunch of World of Hyatt points for three nights here, expecting it to be the highlight of my trip to Vietnam. It was the worst hotel of the trip compared to the 2 other hotels I stayed at. Hyatt markets this resort as sitting on "a tranquil stretch" of Non Nuoc beach. On the first day of my stay, the resort hosted a large private event in a tent within sight and earshot of my room. Hundreds of badge-wearing attendees eating, drinking, dancing and shouting. This was not a wedding reception with a DJ. It was a full concert production, with moving lights, concert-level sound that shook my room, multiple live singers and musicians, and DJ playback, from 5 pm to 10 pm plus pre and post setup. A letter handed to me at check-in mentioned an event and its setup, but no one explained it and nothing suggested a concert. No quieter room was offered in advance; a move was offered only after the music started, while I was sick in bed. I was ill for the first 2 days of my stay and had to arrange my own doctor through personal contacts. No one at the resort offered medical help. On my first night I was sent down the entrance ramp to the main road in pouring rain to collect a Grab delivery of medicine; the next morning, a porter delivered a Grab order to my room -- but only after I mentioned the annoying Grab policy. The check-in sheet listed room service as starting at 11 am, so I walked to the restaurant in the rain for breakfast, only to be told room service had been available all along. There's no in-room breakfast menu; someone reads it to you over the phone. And they got my order wrong. In the room, some lights didn't work, and the ceiling fan switch over the bed worked only intermittently. And there was a dead bird outside my door. To be fair-- housekeeping was excellent, and the Front Office Assistant Manager apologized in writing and in person, covered some of my room charges. But that covered incidentals, not the stay. I've asked Hyatt for a refund of my points. If you're a family with young kids, you may enjoy the pools and kids' club. Solo travelers and couples looking for quiet should look elsewhere, or at least ask before you book whether any events are scheduled.

Danang has evolved dramatically over the last decade and is worth visiting again if you have not been recently. Draught craft brews gave become very popular, lots of very good restaurants, inexpensive and a rapidly expanding beach resort area dominated by international hotels. The Hyatt regency resort is a great venue well designed for sweeping ocean views and pleasant breezes that beat the heat in the evenings making spending time outside pleasant. Spa offers dry and wet Saunas plus jacuzzi and cold plunge.

Quick 3 day vacation at the Hyatt. Pristine. Everything was amazing. Big shoutout to Hung Vo for his cooperation and support.

Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the pool. The beach has fine sand and clear shallow water (we did not spot any fish). As Hyatt Explorist, got complimentary breakfast and it offered many food choices and the food was delicious. Visited the Vietnamese Restaurant (Xinh House) for lunch and the food was good too (60 USD for 2).

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa for just one night, but it left us with an unforgettable experience. During check-in, Thanh Pham checked room availability and kindly upgraded us after noticing we were on a family trip, believing a villa would suit us better. Throughout our stay, Lisa was also incredibly helpful; she provided all the information we needed and took great care of my family.

Excellent option for family, lots of activities, nice pool area, restaurants and the beach is amazing!!!!! The spa is gorgeous, also the gym.

해외에서 아이가 아프거나 다치는 일은 부모로서 너무나 당황스럽고 두려운 상황입니다. 하지만 이번 여행에서 3살 된 아들이 다치는 긴급 상황 속에서도 하얏트의 완벽하고 신속한 대처 덕분에 무사히 위기를 넘길 수 있었습니다. ​남편이 짐에 가서 저 혼자 어린아이들을 케어하던 중, 3살 아들 손가락이 문에 껴서 살점이 떨어져 나가고 피가 많이 나는 사고가 발생했습니다. 눈앞이 깜깜해지고 패닉에 빠진 저는 서툰 영어로 리셉션에 전화해 무작정 도와달라고 요청했습니다. ​ 제 당황한 목소리를 들은 리셉션 직원 Tuni는 즉시 응급처치 팀을 저희 객실로 보내주었습니다. 그리고 응급처치가 끝나자마자 현지 병원으로 이동할 수 있도록 차량을 어레인지해 주었습니다. 더욱 감동적이었던 것은, 저희가 먼저 요청하지 않았음에도 불구하고 Tuni가 로컬 병원까지 직접 동행하여 치료받는 내내 통역을 전담해 준 점이었습니다. 아이가 다쳐서 해외병원에서 치료를 받아야하는 상황.. 상상만 해도 아찔하지 않나요? Tuni가 계속 함께해준 덕분에 생소한 외국 병원이었음에도 불구하고 두려움 없이 안정적으로 치료를 받을 수 있었습니다. ​우리가 하얏트 같은 글로벌 브랜드 호텔에 투숙하는 이유는 오랜 시간 쌓아온 명성과 훌륭한 서비스 때문이기도 하지만, 무엇보다 이런 위급한 비상상황에서 믿고 기댈 수 있는 최고의 대처를 보여주기 때문이라는 것을 이번에 다시 한번 깨달았습니다. 이번 일을 들은 (하얏트 충성고객인) 제 지인 역시 "역시 하얏트"라면 감탄했습니다. 하얏트리젠시는 아이들과 함께 묶기에 정말 좋은 숙소입니다. 키즈클럽도 잘 되어있고, 수영장도 아이들 놀기에 너무 좋으며, 음식도 전반적으로 다 만족스러웠습니다. 제 개인적으로는, VIE SPA에서 받은 마사지가 여행 중 가장 좋은 순간이기도 했습니다. 아이와 함께 여행하는 분들께 추천합니다! 마지막으로, ​처음 긴급 도움 요청 전화부터 병원 치료 과정이 끝날 때까지 진심을 다해 저희 가족과 함께해 준 Tuni에게 정말 고맙다는 말을 전하고 싶습니다. Having a child get sick or injured while traveling abroad is every parent’s worst nightmare and an extremely overwhelming situation. However, during a recent emergency where my 3-year-old son was injured, we were able to navigate through the crisis safely thanks to Hyatt’s prompt and flawless handling. ​My husband was at the gym, leaving me alone in the room to care for our young children, when my 3-year-old got his finger caught in a door. Seeing a deep cut with severe bleeding, I completely panicked. Feeling utterly helpless, I called the reception and pleaded for help in my limited English. ​Hearing the urgency in my voice, Tuni at the front desk immediately dispatched a first-aid team to our room. Right after initial care was provided, Tuni arranged transportation for us to head to a local hospital. What moved us even more was that—without us even asking—Tuni accompanied us to the local hospital and provided translation support throughout the entire treatment. Having a child injured and needing medical care in a foreign country... can you imagine how terrifying that is? Thanks to Tuni staying by our side the entire time, we were able to get treatment smoothly and calmly without fear, despite being in an unfamiliar hospital abroad. ​We realized once again that the reason we choose to stay at a global brand hotel like Hyatt is not only for its long-standing reputation and exceptional service, but above all, because we can rely on their top-tier response during unexpected emergencies. When I shared this story with a friend (who is a loyal Hyatt guest), they exclaimed in admiration, "That's Hyatt for you." ​Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa is an exceptional place to stay with children. The Kids Club is well-maintained, the swimming pools are fantastic for kids, and the food was generally very satisfying. On a personal note, the massage I received at VIE SPA was one of the absolute highlights of my trip. I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling with kids! ​Finally, I would like to express my deepest, most sincere gratitude to Tuni, who showed true empathy and stayed with our family every step of the way—from my very first frantic phone call all the way to the end of the hospital treatment.

Visited this resort for 3 days with family including infant and baby. Staff is super helpful and attentive. We stayed in a 3 bed villa and it was perfect for family. Very well maintained. Food quality also very high.

Hotel is in a beautiful location, we had an ocean view room which had a stunning view. Hotel has a good variety of restaurants and we enjoyed the food and drink on offer. The pools where warm, and there was never a problem finding a sunbed.

This is an incredible resort with incredible folks that work there who are very welcoming and kind. The hotel room was very nice as well as the views and accommodation. I look forward to coming back.

Luxury elegant modern clean and enjoyable to stay. Nice and very helpful staffs. Great view. Plenty of facilities to enjoy. Will come back.

Nice hotel, with a long, beautiful beach and good food served at it's restaurants. It's also located not too far from town and easily accessible

Beautiful beach resort with a variety of room types. It is very geared to families - there were lots of kids and activities for them. As a couple, we would have preferred a few more adult-only sections. The restaurants are lovely and breakfast is served at all 3 during busy times - great variety at Osteria and the staff are brilliant. Our room (King Ocean Residence) was a little dated, but it was spacious and very clean. The beach is stunning, feels private and is relatively quiet. The gym, spa and other amenities are fantastic. I would recommend it, but moreso to families than couples.

Additionally my wife and I left our wedding rings in the bathroom and had not realised until we boarded the plane to our next destination. I contacted the Hyatt in the hope it could be located and they were right onto the matter quite quickly. Within a few hours we received confirmation of this, with pictures attached as proof. They then organise postage delivery to us back in our home country and it arrived after we returned from our travels. Forever thankful for them going above and beyond!

The resort is super beautiful and its a very nice relaxing feel to it the moment you step foot upon it. They have a gorgeous pool at the center and a beach right next to it and I can spend all day at the resort with my family. The food is great and the staff are very nice.

telephone in the room was not working. difficult to find staff to fix it. aircon in the room and also the fan speed cannot be adjusted and it is not cooling enough. breakfast was decent. not easy to get around the place with insufficient signages. check in took quite some time even though there was no queue. asked for 4 cards for a 2 bedroom residence, 1 card was not working.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. All the staff were super welcoming and helpful. The Regency Club facilities were excellent. The Venues and Views were great, including the lush landscaping of the expansive grounds. The Beach/Sea was particularly pleasant, with soft sand and a gradual gradient into the clean and clear sea with mini-waves in a protected bay (weather dependent, of course). The room was very spacious and comfortable, with fabulous views and an elaborate room-service menu (ps. the burger was especially good!!).

Came expecting one of best hotels for families in Asia. Left exhausted and pissed off. In fact, cut stay short. Residence rooms were tired and uncomfortable. Staff was not trained to 5* standard. Generally overcrowded and chaotic.
