Great hotel and location!
Love to stay with Hyatt but on this location an expensive Parfume was lost from my bag which is very disappointing. I have asked Hyatt to check and follow up on this since it had never happened to me before with any hotel stay.

Great experience and very comfortable stay!
I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was excellent there was a great variety of options, and the fruits were especially fresh and delicious. I also really appreciated the wide selection of teas and desserts, which made the mornings even more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Another highlight was the bathroom, I would confess that the shower products were absolutely amazing and of very high quality. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade.

“A lovely hotel, however, the staff should be more courteous, especially in a five-star establishment
I believe that the reception department should be more courteous towards returning guests. The lady who was present at the reception during my check-in insisted on seeing my passport, which at that moment was in the car that had already been taken to the parking by the bellman. Although I offered my driver’s license as a valid form of identification for the check-in process and assured her that I would provide my passport shortly afterward, despite having stayed at the Hyatt hotel multiple times before, she refused to check me in. She was very unfriendly and impolite, and her behavior left a negative impression on my overall stay. On the other hand, Mr. Nikola, who checked me out, was kind and professional as always, and he is a great example of how reception staff should treat and interact with guests.

I recently enjoyed an eight-day stay at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade this March, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, this property delivers the high standard of hospitality you would expect from a top-tier Hyatt. Highlights of the Stay Club Lounge Excellence: The absolute standout of my visit was the service in the Club Lounge. Luka was great—not only was his service incredibly prompt, but his local knowledge was invaluable. He provided fantastic recommendations for both authentic dining spots and must-see sightseeing locations around the city that made my trip much more memorable. Wellness & Dining: The fitness center is well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to keep up with a workout routine. After a day of exploring, the spa offered a perfect, serene retreat. Additionally, the breakfast restaurant deserves a mention for its high-quality selection and attentive staff, providing a great start to every morning. Globalist Perks: As a Globalist staying on points, the complimentary valet parking was a significant and much-appreciated perk. The service was consistently quick; I never had to wait long for my vehicle, and every staff member I encountered was pleasant, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The combination of excellent facilities and a dedicated team makes this hotel a premier choice in Belgrade. I look forward to returning!

Nice, but...
Quite a nice hotel, but not good enough for Hyatt. And the smell of cigarettes is too strong (local laws, I understand, but ...). Excellent beds and linens, quality cosmetics, but a destroyed battery... Not too attentive to details.

Best hotel in Belgrade
Had a really great stay here and would happily come back. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast, which was varied, fresh, and honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while. A special mention also goes to the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole stay. They made everything feel easy and relaxed from check-in to departure. Overall, a very positive experience and a place I’d confidently recommend.

Best hotel by far on in Belgrade
I just had one of the best hotel experiences of my life at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade, and I'm giving it a well-deserved 5 stars across the board! From the moment I stepped into the stunning, grand lobby with its magical atmosphere and elegant design, I knew this place was special. The hotel is impeccably clean everywhere – rooms, hallways, public areas, you name it. My room was spacious, modern, beautifully appointed with super comfortable beds (those plush pillows and mattress were perfect), and everything felt fresh and luxurious. The staff deserves special praise – incredibly warm, professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English, went above and beyond (fast room service, quick responses, even helping with bags right away), and made me feel truly welcome. Service here is genuinely top-tier Hyatt quality. The amenities are fantastic: the large indoor pool and Club Olympus spa/fitness center were spotless and a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was outstanding – huge variety, fresh, high-quality options, and very attentive staff refilling everything. The on-site restaurants delivered delicious food with a nice Mediterranean touch. Location in New Belgrade is great for business or anyone who wants easy access to the airport, shopping malls, Sava river walks, and a quick ride to the historic Old Town. It's peaceful yet connected. Honestly, this hotel exceeded every expectation. If you're visiting Belgrade, stay here – you won't regret it. One of the best Hyatt properties I've experienced, and I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend – absolute perfection.
