A wonderful stay!
A beautiful property with exquisite service in the heart of Bishkek. Breakfast is simply incredible. Staff was extremely helpful in celebrating my husband's birthday.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay.
Good location, right in the middle of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs or questions I had. Will be staying there again for my next visit.

Daytrip to Bischkek...totally worth going to the Hyatt. We had one of the best dinner/bbq experiences ever in this hotel!

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.
We had an amazing time at the Hyatt Regency Bishkek. The hotel is very upscale, and the location is right in the middle of so many attractions. It is very walkable around the hotel with many parks. The hotel staff was always so helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bishkek.

Semi-adapted for wheelchairs
Nice hotel but you can see that it’s a bit outdated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location. A bit on the expensive side for what you get. We chose this hotel only because 1 family member is in a wheelchair and this was the only suitable hotel we could find. Overall everything was ok for the wheelchair except the shower entrance. But we managed.

Very friendly, respectful and helpful staff! Good location and peaceful environment. Would be great if the water bottles were not plastic.

Hyatt, my home away from home
I would like to specially commend Ms. Zhazgul Avazbekova as she made check in seamless for the 6 of us. After traveling for 8 hours from Karakol to Bishkek as our flights were cancelled. The warm welcome, attentiveness and quick processing of the reception specially Ms. Zhazgul was highly appreciated. She even further accompanied me to have my dollars changed at the currency window. It may be good though if the currency is available 24/7 as most travelers needed to do transactions after work hours. In other hotels, the reception can offer that service as well as reception officers are available 24/7. Moreover, I appreciate the warm help from Ms. Zhazgul as she made sure our check out was seamless and that she even had some lunch box prepared for me as I was leaving at 2:30 am on my second night. The welcome fruits from Hyatt are also very much appreciated as I had some light snacks after arriving very late. The room is very good as it has a receiving area and even have a microwave (!). I was not able to use it but this is very much appreciated. I just hope they have a smoking area at the back with seats as I understand the rooms had to be smoke free but at least a decent smoking area with seats will be very much appreciated by smoking members. Overall, Hyatt Bishkek was still an excellent experience for me so thank you.

A splendid stay.
This location did a wonderful job, In maintaining a standard of professionalism and care for their visitors. The food was delicious, housekeeping was timely, and the front desk was extremely helpful in the navigation of any issues. If given the choice between this hotel and another, it'd be foolish to not choose this hotel. If anyone at the hotel reads this, your work was splendid. Perfect Location and Amazing Staff!
We had a lovely time, the Hotel is in the perfect location to visit the central sights of Bishkek. The staff members are what set this hotel apart from the rest. The front desk staff really went out of their way to make sure our stay exceeded our expectations.

Great Hotel
Stayed at this hotel during last week in August and found the hotel very clean and staffed with highly helpful people who happily go the extra mile. The hotel's location is excellent for visiting several nearby key tourist attractions. My room on the 5th floor was large with a great view of distant snow capped mountains. I recommend the use of the outdoor pool followed by a session in the sauna and then the jacuzzi especially after a hard day of sight seeing and shopping in the local Bazaars. I would happily use this hotel again.

Excellent Service

One of the best 5* option for Bishkek
Enjoyable outdoor pool, a bit overcrowded with external visitors on weekends. Club floors offers quite a good dinner option with free bar

Feels more like a home
I didn't know what to expect coming to Kyrgystan, but the country and hotel have been an incredibly great experience, everyone is so accomadationg, friendly and nice.

Exquisite stay in Bishkek
Awesome stay in Hyatt - centrally placed location, spacious rooms, great service, big and clean swimming area. Staff was very understanding and helpful for a non-local speaking guest and guided us in all possible ways. Keep it up Hyatt !

Specious rooms and excellent guest support
We enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency Bishkek. We compared this hotel to other newer ones in the city, but most of them had very small rooms. At the Hyatt Regency, however, the rooms are much bigger and conveniently located. You can walk everywhere. As one of the first hotels in town, it has a unique blend of Soviet-era and modern styles. The gym and swimming pool are great additions.

Bishkek Kyrgyzstan Hyatt Regency
Excellent hotel with very helpful staff who spoke multiple languages, very centrally located so could walk to many things, was there on business and suited my needs well. Hotel was very clean also and the food was pretty good too.
