Great location with great staff and room. Can’t ask for a bigger room in japan. Very close to Chinatown. Rooms were great, small gym but ok for me cause I’d rather run outside and just use the weights

Clean...decent rate.. Corner room was nice and clean. No place for breakfast. Staff was friendly. No gift shop for soda or water. Nice area close to Cruise Port. 7 Eleven ish type store 1/2 block away.

The size and cleanliness of the room exceeded all my expectations. It was remarkably spacious, wonderfully maintained, and everything looked completely new.

Hyatt Regency Yokohama is a very comfortable and quiet hotel with excellent rooms and great service. The housekeeping service is outstanding. The restaurant on level does a great service with variety and quality of food.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Close to China Town and close to the port. Enjoyed breakfast in the lounge with variety of Western and Japanese foods. Cocktail hour had nice selection of drinks and small selection of finger foods.

As a hotel it is well run and nice. However the GYM is shockingly ill equipped to be called a gym. Out of touch with modern travelers needs. Wouldnt stay here again based on this.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. They had the best breakfast buffet I’ve had in years, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed at the Hyatt Regency. I come back for a reason. The hotel is conveniently located, clean, nice size rooms, and friendly staff. I am sure that I will stay there again in the future.

As a longtime Hyatt guest (previously Globalist, now Discoverist due to reduced travel), I recently had a disappointing experience at Hyatt Regency Yokohama — my second stay at this property, and by far my worst. I arrived before noon and requested an early check-in, which wasn't available at the time. Since I couldn't leave my backpack at the hotel, the staff member I spoke with (a Japanese gentleman at the front desk) said he would email me once a room became available. I never received that email. I returned at 2:30 PM, and the same staff member informed me the room had actually been ready since 1:30 — over an hour earlier. When I mentioned I'd never gotten the promised email, he offered no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. His manner throughout felt curt and dismissive. To add to the disappointment, as a Discoverist member I'd normally expect at least a modest room upgrade or better room placement but this wasn't offered either. Overall, the lack of communication, the unfriendly service, and the disregard for basic status recognition made this my most frustrating stay at any Hyatt property to date.

I like yokohama Hyatt so much. Especially, The "reservation team" of YOKOHAMA Hyatt are great and like to help the guests to have great trips.

Celebrated my birthday, but no surprises from the hotel...no suite upgraded, no birthday cake or champagne/wine delivered to your room vs other Hyatt properties treats...quite disappointed.. but overall was the pleasant stay..thank you Hyatt yokohama for all the nice stay service offered during my stay

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location - near the waterfront, very close to Chinatown, close to several train stations, yet in a quiet area for walking. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The bar is elegant and comfortable, with a good selection of beverages and very good food, although a limited menu. The room was spotless, everything worked as it should, the daily cleaning was perfect.

The team went above and beyond to make my father's birthday memorable. The rooms were magnificent, the breakfast was great and the service was excellent.

Overall very good experience. Had couple of issues with Housekeeping which took 6 hours to get resolved. And had an issue at the Restaurant service during breakfast, but the restaurant Manager didn't resolve it on that day and said he would look into the next day.

Location is perfect to get around the city. All staff are professional and friendly. Surely I will revisit if I go to Yokohama again.

This was an excellent choice. We booked with Club Access and was worth every penny. I would highly recommend staying here.

We all loved this hotel. It was the nicest hotel that any of us had ever been to. Everthing was clean, and all of our personal items that could possibly be needed were in the room.
