The Hyatt Regency Guam exceeded my expectations. Staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds, pool, and beach are lovely and well maintained. Food and club lounge were excellent. The rooms and guest floor hallways are starting to look a bit dated but that is really the only negative thing I can say about the hotel and it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Terrific location. I look forward to returning!

Hyatt Regency Guam has excellent customer service all around. Rooms were clean, room service food was beautifully prepared and front desk staff were all warm & welcoming!

The Hyatt Regency Guam Niji Restaurant was an excellent experience because of the exceptional service and the delicious food. The only drawbacks were the weed-overgrown garden view and the mold from adjacent building walls. I've heard these comments from other customers, as well. If these drawbacks were corrected soon, the Niji dining experience would be among the very best on Guam. Come on, Hyatt Regency Guam, you can do it. Thank you!

I arrived at Hyatt Regency Guam at 3:10pm (10 mins past the check in time). I approached the front desk to check in and I was told that my room was not ready. I waited for over 1 hour amd realized that the female rep that was helping me left for the day so nobody was updating me. I decided to go up to the counter again and a male rep helped me and also informed me that my room with a king size bed was still not ready and that it will take much longer before it was ready. He was nice enough to offer another room but the beds were 2 single sized beds rather than a king sized bed. I was still disappointed but I took the offer because I didn't want my family to wait any longer. I was compensated with a later check out the following day. Regardless of the compensation, the fact that it didn't go the way we planned, it was not a fun experience. I hope that Hyatt Guam does a better job in ensuring that customer's rooms are ready upon check in.

Great hotel with beautiful views and a very helpful staff. Room was cleaned and organized everyday. Plenty to do both in and around the hotel.

The experience at the Hyatt Regency, Guam was Amazing! The atmosphere, the different restaurants and the hospitality was incredible! The people were so welcoming & friendly. Always had the Hafa Adai spirit from morning to night. We all felt safe and cared for in this hotel. We have many choices on Guam, but for sure would return again to Hyatt! Beautiful hotel situated on the heart of Tumon. The hotel itself has activities that you can enjoy during your stay (ex: yoga and children activities). Beautiful beach view and the sand at the back of the hotel, smooootthh.

Good location, good atmosphere, rooms were pretty dated. Value was expensive for how the rooms were. Not super noisy. Good service when asked for extra towels. Good amenities but would have been nice to have an actual coffee maker and microwave in the room.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our experience. We’d definitely stay here again and we recommend to others

I always have a pleasant experience at Hyatt Regency Guam. They have great restaurants, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious. It's a wonderful hotel for any occasions!

Seaside luxury. Best pool in Guam! Large spacious rooms with nice balcony. Excellent service. Will return again soon!

The pool and caves are amazing. Dinner by the poolside at night was an excellent experience. Want to come back for vacation.

Room was a big enough to accommodate the whole family of 5. View from the balcony was awesome!!! Looking over the pool and the beach. The Deli cafe offered very reasonable priced food and very delicious cakes. We tried few cakes and they were all very good. There was no cleaning service with the two nights stay and no towels replaced. No water in the room, we were provided the water bottle to fill at water server station in the various floors. Toilet did not flush well and it was very noisy filling up the toilet. We requested the extra bed for my 13 years old, but the bed was so uncomfortable even my daughter could not sleep on. so, she ended up squeezing into our bed. Do not recommend the extra bed.

I love this hotel! It has the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced in any Hyatt hotel, which also includes delicious cappuccino!

It was a rough start. We paid for a Suite to ensure high level quality and service. However the room had issues. Large safe could not be opened. A small replacement was brought ( which was not bolted down..,so what’s the purpose??) also they simply moved our suitcases ( when we were out) and clothes to set the small safe. Ridiculous. Next a light in the ceiling would not turn off so maintenance had taped paper over the light !!! Which didn’t block the light well so sleep was not good on day 1. Finally I was able to fix the switch on day 2 .. again ridiculous. 1 balcony door had a broken lock. Refrigerator wasn’t cold and very small. No microwave and an espresso machine that was terrible. Just supply a hot water pot 🤪. Again I paid for a higher level Suite hoping for higher quality.

Clean hotel and room. Good atmosphere. Restaurant food quality was very good. The staff were friendly and professional. Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

While leaving my own paradise of Hawaii to work abroad in Guam, this hotel continues to be my home away from home. There is never a shortage of compliments that I can share about the Hyatt regency Guam. From the moment I enter the premises I am already put at ease knowing the staff here is excellent and provide all the services and attention I could ever need to make my time away from family and familiarity a breeze. All food options and dining here is perfect, they also host wonderful culinary events to tempt any foodies around as well such as the carnivore and their wine events. Overall this is a must stay vacay for all.
