Hyatt Regency Westlake proudly presents the largest ballroom in Ventura County - The Grand Plaza Ballroom. Divide this grand ballroom into four separate and equal sections with built-in, state-of-the-art air walls, background music, air conditioning and lighting. Host your ceremony in one section, and then greet guests with a cocktail reception and buffet or gourmet dinner in another. Accommodate as many as 450 guests with banquet style seating, or 900 for a cocktail reception.

Situated near the grand entrance to the hotel, the foyer is most often used for hosting pre-dinner activities such as cocktail receptions, guest registration and food service.

The Vista Ballroom is Hyatt Regency Westlake’s newest venue, featuring 2,528 square feet of function space. The venue has panoramic windows featuring natural light and beautiful views of the picturesque waterfalls.
