Pet Policy

Your pets are welcome at Hyatt Regency Villahermosa. Only two pets are allowed per guest room.

Fees:

1 to 14 nights: $25 USD per pet, per night, plus taxes (nonrefundable)

15 nights or more: $18 USD per pet, per night, plus taxes (nonrefundable)

WEIGHT LIMIT: Weight limit may not exceed 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds) per pet or 34 kilograms (75 pounds) between two pets. Only two pets per room are allowed. For additional information and to book your pet-friendly room, please contact villa-front.office@hyatt.com.

The guest must present all documentation proving pet(s) are up to date with vaccinations and flea and tick treatments.

Pets must be walked in designated areas.

It is the guest’s responsibility to clean up after pets and properly dispose of waste on hotel grounds using a trash can indicated by the hotel.

Pet(s) shall be kept on a leash in public areas of the hotel and may not enter the food service and pool areas.

Under no circumstances may a pet remain unattended in the room. If this situation occurs, the hotel can access the room to retrieve the pet. The pet will then be secured in a pet carrier.

Normal cleaning service hours apply on a daily basis from 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

The room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon departure.

Complaints about noise:

  • If the noise from a pet results in a complaint from other guests, the security team will notify the guest. If the problem is not resolved, the hotel reserves the right to resolve the situation. This may include eviction from the hotel.

Acceptable pets and breeds:

  • Aggressive breeds—such as pit bulls, rottweilers and Doberman pinschers—are not allowed in the hotel.
