Stillwater Spa Policies:
Appointments and Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome and can be booked based on availability. Stillwater Spa is an adult facility; guests must be at least 18 years old to book services and access the spa facilities, which include lockers, showers, a eucalyptus steam room, a dry cedar sauna, and a relaxation lounge. Please inform your therapist or esthetician of any health concerns, as some treatments may have contraindications. Certain facials and body services are not available for guests in the first trimester of pregnancy. Consult with a physician if you have any medical conditions before using the steam room or sauna.
A 20% service charge will automatically be added to all services for gratuity toward your service provider and support staff. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Arrival: Allow ample travel time during the summer months due to peak traffic and road construction delays, and during winter months for icy road conditions. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to check in, use the dry cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam room or enjoy the relaxation lounge. Please be prompt on your arrival and note that all treatments will end on time as scheduled, and will be charged in full, regardless of the start times due to late arrivals.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to your appointment, to avoid being charged in full for scheduled services. All no-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full value of the services booked.
What to Wear: A locker, plush robe, spa slippers, towels, and amenities are provided for use during your spa visit. Please deposit jewelry and other valuables securely in your in-room safe, as we are not responsible for personal belongings, lost or misplaced items.
Business Hours & Location: The Stillwater Spa is open daily from 9am until 6pm. Please check directly with the spa for hours of operation during the holidays. We are located on the lower level of the resort lobby at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe.

Pet Policy
At Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, we’re happy to welcome canine companions of all shapes and sizes. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, dogs must be leashed, friendly, and well-behaved. Please note: our pet policy applies to dogs only; we are unable to accommodate other animals such as cats, birds, or exotic pets. A daily pet fee of $100 per dog will apply throughout your stay. Pet-friendly accommodations are limited, so we recommend securing your room in advance by calling +1 800 233 1234.
We kindly ask pet owners to be considerate of fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum. If you plan to leave your pet unattended in your guest room, please carry your cell phone so our team can contact you in the event of a noise disturbance. Multiple disturbances may result in your pet being removed from the room, a disturbance fee of up to $300, or, in some cases, early departure without refund.
For the comfort of all our guests, we also offer a designated pet-free zone. If you prefer a pet-free room, please inform us when booking your stay or contact our front desk ahead of arrival.
Please note: In accordance with health and safety regulations, pets are not permitted in our restaurants. Dogs are also prohibited from the pool area year-round and from the beaches between mid-April and mid-October.
Guests traveling with service animals are always welcome. Service animals are not subject to this pet policy. For more details, please contact the hotel directly.
